Nothing stimulates the appetite like little on the plate.

Everything The Others Ate Had Been Great
When will I ever write 'something' you like?
Probably never.
Since you seek to have your appetite pleased...
And I will never cater to those who player hate.
'Who said I player hated? '
You had no problem eating,
Everything I prepared and dished upon your plate.
Until someone mentioned that I was the cook.
And everything the others ate had been great.
Up until 'then' you munched and grinned.
And then when my name was mentioned...
You proceeded to whip out,
A pad and pen!
'Who said I player hated?
I just happened to have lost my appetite.
It had nothing to do with you beaming,
Or the fact you appeared to block out my light! '

It Will Be There
No need for one to digest,
What is yet ready for one to order
From a selective menu.
When the appetite begins to crave...
The serving will be just as fresh,
The moment one gets it to devour.
Why sour one's taste,
For something that will sit on a plate...
Untouched without an interest,
To sample what is offered.
It will be there!
Whenever one comes,
And is prepared to indulge.

Have Desire To Have
Have money,
Plenty of money,
or little money,
Have appetite,
Have no time,
we are hungry,
and then become angry.
Have appetite,
Burning appetite,
Churning appetite,
dizzy appetite.
Have appetite,
Have plenty of time, but
Have no money.
People are hungry,
and they are hungry as always.
Angry are hungry,
anger for better things,
Better fast food,
better service,
better facilities
Hungry people are angry,
anger for basic food,
Just to fill the pit,
that churns day and night,
not knowing,
What is available to a man.
Hunger is the turning point,
when insufficiency is pointed.
Hunger is an insult,
when inefficiency is noted.
Let us have the desire,
to have a better world,
where no human,
go and sleep with hungry.

I think that the appetite for mystery, the enthusiasm for that which we do not understand, is healthy and to be fostered. It is the same appetite which drives the best of true science, and it is an appetite which true science is best qualified to satisfy.

The Saintly Sin
There was a man dressed shabbily
in church in the same old pew.
He sat there piously and pretended to pray
but knew what he would do.
He waited patiently for the collection plate
to pass him in the pew.
He made the effort to stop the plate
and this is what he'd do.
He'd place a penny in the plate
and take two quarters out.
And as he left he'd smiled a lot
and you would hear him shout
Hallelujah Lord.

A Salad to Eat
Different hues...
Some not as bright but invites,
Those who come to eat eagerly
With an assorted presentation
That might satisfy an appetite.
With tomatoes and carrots,
Sliced apples and grapes...
Romaine lettuce sprinkled with chives
Topped with olive oil and vinegar,
Is a treat to see on a plate to delight...
And surprise.
Onions and green peppers,
Can please the eye with sensation.
When someone announces...
'I prefer a salad to eat! '
And they do without a moment's hesitation!

My Appetite from My Emptiness
I got an appetite.
It's burning for everyone of you.
It matters.
It has to.
Gotta keep going.
Got deploy my own method to madness.
Yeah rewire this.
Think in a all of suddenness.
Just absolutely craziness.
Yeah I see bliss.
It sits on the other side.
As memories subside and become part of your life.
Then that knife slowly moves away from the rope.
No longer is the fall so high.
All pain subsides.
No longer a need to hide behind close doors and walls.
Boundaries no longer exist.
No longer a social outcast.
Acceptance of a eventuality.
It's not destiny.
It's fate.
Can anyone relate.
In the way in which this world I contemplate.
Everything is at stake.
Feeling every ache.
Here is your plate today.
Eat your fill or isn't real.
An emptiness.
An appetite.
Here's the deal.
I'm just a man.
Just like anyone.
Trying to live my life the best way I know how.
Trying to overcome my own doubts.
Writing for the understanding.
In this world I'm demanding.
Everything and anything.
From every taste, touch, feel.
With every new sensation.
I need another one.
Cause it only makes me feel a little more good.
Experimentation a man once said to me.
I believe that's true, but in a different sense.
There are certain occasion's where one must take a risk.
A chance to get hurt.
A chance to deliver a letter to someone not yet known.
Hello my friend.
Its nice to hear from you again.
How are you doing in that far away place?
How is your little escape going?
Listen to the release.
A heart felt emotion.
Slow is the commotion.
Peace and tranquility.
Look at how easy that is.
All because I got an appetite.
Eating it all up.
Please say tonight will never be my last.

Gone Is the Whoopie Goosed From You
Have you found the turnaround
Has come to beat you down,
'Yeah! '
With your knuckles scraped.
'Yeah.'
And nothing on your plate,
'Yeah.'
Have you found the turnaround
Has come to beat you down,
'Yeah! '
With your knuckles scraped.
'Yeah.'
And nothing on your plate,
'Yeah.'
Gone is the whoopie goosed from you!
Tingled were sensations,
A few dollars had amused.
Now you're quite upset.
Regrets are now your pets.
Have you found the turnaround
Has come to beat you down.
'Yeah! '
With your knuckles scraped.
'Yeah.'
And nothing on your plate,
'Yeah.'
Have you found the turnaround
Has come to beat you down.
'Yeah! '
With your knuckles scraped.
'Yeah.'
And nothing on your plate,
'Yeah.'
Gone is the whoopie goosed from you!
Ooo...
And there's no debate,
Which side to lick your plate!
Morning and noon too,
You feel you've been screwed.
And nobody's there...
To give a damn or care!
Have you found the turnaround
Has come to beat you down.
'Yeah! '
With your knuckles scraped.
'Yeah.'
And nothing on your plate,
'Yeah.'
Have you found the turnaround
Has come to beat you down.
'Yeah! '
With your knuckles scraped.
'Yeah.'
And nothing on your plate,
'Yeah.'
Gone is the whoopie goosed from you!
Ooo...
And there's no debate,
Which side to lick your plate!
Gone is the whoopie goosed from you!
Ooo...
And there's no debate,
Which side to lick your plate!
And there's no debate,
Which side to lick your plate!

You Better Spice This With Brown Sugar
Last night...
I whipped up something,
To quench my appetite.
I diced onions and green peppers.
With tomatoes,
Broccoli and carrots too!
Knowing this would be liked.
I added red cabbage, potatos...
Dashed with salt and red pepper.
And other ingredients like curry...
To stimulate the brew.
'Something' said,
'You better spice this with brown sugar.'
So this I did do.
Then I next heated a frying pan.
From slow to medium.
But not hot!
With vegetable oil, butter and a bit of soy.
And all of it simmered in an aromatic splender.
And I ate it.
EVERY drop.
It was great!
And,
I must admit this...
I did lick the plate.

It has long been known for sure that the sight of tasty food makes a hungry man's mouth water; also lack of appetite has always been regarded as an undesirable phenomenon, from which one might conclude that appetite is essentially linked with the process of digestion.

Dinner In The House....
a plate falls from the table
hits the tiled floor and breaks into pieces
a woman is caught in utter surprise
and breaks into a hysterical
line but soon
realizes that this is nothing but an
accident of its
kind
about an ordinary plate
on the dining table
she regains her poise
keeps her composure and
retains her
feminine reservation,
'it is just a plate',
(it is not
a relationship)
i assure the guests of the house
and then all begins again
upon a witty conversation,
an exchange of
state-of-affairs
some on a cheek to cheek basis
a tee-a-tee
a peek-a-boo
a little laughter here and
another one dashing
over there
the children are out of the house
playing
some men are smoking
to the moon
it is not just a plate,
there is more to this
breaking
it is a symbol of something greater than those
broken pieces
if they only know
someone is talking to oneself.

Gonna Live My Life For The Love Of It
Not gonna deal with the BS no more.
Or with the dirt left at my front door.
No more, no more, no more...
No more, no more!
Not gonna fight against ignorance.
Or with conditions that present it.
No more, no more, no more...
No more, no more!
I've grown to want a better appetite.
I like.
For my life.
Without a bit of blight,
To nibble off a piece of it...
To satisfy my hungered sight!
I've grown to want a better appetite.
I like.
For my life.
And spiced my way,
With a taste I can say is for me...
Done just right!
Not gonna fight against ignorance.
Or with conditions that present it.
No more, no more, no more...
No more, no more!
I've grown to want a better appetite.
I like.
For my life.
Without a bit of blight,
To nibble off a piece of it!
I've grown to want a better appetite.
I like.
With a taste I can say is for me...
Done just right!
No more, no more, no more...
Denying it.
No more, no more, no more...
Refusing it.
No more, no more, no more...
Unhappiness.
Gonna live my life for the love of it.
Today and always.
