In the presence of princes the cleverest jester is mute.

The Jester of Joy
I am the Jester of Joy,
A nomad of peace,
From the Land of Not.
Entertainer of souls,
A servant to man.
I am the Jester of Joy,
Mine is to spread joy through the world.
I make they who smile, laugh,
They who sulk, smile,
And I can try the tears of they who cry.
I am the Jester of Joy,
I reach out to touch at least one person,
To touch their heart with love.
I strive to touch for at least a moment,
To fill their life with joy.
I am the Jester of Joy,
And I have dream,
Of the world seeing as I do,
Through the eyes of joy,
For the better world it would be.
I am the Jester of Joy,
This is my purpose, my life, me.
For I am a servant to man,
Entertainer of souls,
The Jester of Joy.

Princes Familiar
Please be philosophical
Please be tapped into your femininity
Please be able to take the wheel from me
Please be crazy and curious
Papa love your princess so that she will find loving princes familiar
Papa cry for your princess so that she will find gentle princes familiar
Please be a sexaholic
Please be unpredictably miserable
Please be self absorbed much (not the good kind)
Please be addicted to some substance
Papa listen to your princess so that she will find attentive princes familiar
Papa hear your princess so that she will find curious princes familiar
Please be the jerk of my knee Ive fit you always
You finish my sentences I think I love you
What is your name again no matter Im guessing your thoughts again correctly and I love the way
You press my buttons so much sometimes I could strangle you
Papa laugh with your princess so that she will find funny princes familiar
Papa respect your princess so that she will find respectful princes familiar
Please be strangely enigmatic
Please be just like my

Sometimes There's Three
There’s two sides to every story
And sometimes there’s three
You can take a trip around the world
To simply cross the street
I know, ‘cause that's what happened to me
Laugh, laugh
Even the jester has to laugh
When everything turns upside down
It sometimes helps to laugh
There's two paths on every journey
And sometimes there's three
You can meet your fate on the same road
You took to avoid it
I know, 'cause that's what happened to me
Laugh, laugh
Even the jester has to laugh
When everything turns upside down
It sometimes helps to laugh
And at the crossroads, don't turn and look away
Let it kiss you on the face
And then have a laugh
There’s two women in your life
And sometimes there’s three
You can make a wish upon a star
Only to find it land in your street
I know, ‘cause that's what happened to me
Laugh, laugh
Even the jester has to laugh
When everything turns upside down
It sometimes helps to laugh
There’s two people fighting for your mind
And sometimes there’s three
Each mask you wear at different times
Till one fits comfortably
I know, ‘cause that's what happened to me
Laugh, laugh
Even the jester has to laugh
When everything turns upside down
It sometimes helps to laugh
And at the crossroads, don' turn and look away
Let it kiss you on the face
And then have a laugh

Nature hath given not only to the highest, but also to the inferior, classes of the people of this nation, a boldness and confidence in speaking and answering, even in the presence of their princes and chieftains.

Without rice, even the cleverest housewife cannot cook.
But that's different
The jester jests: He plays the role
we are conditioned to accept.
His sly insults though dry and droll
conceal much malice I suspect.
If he should chance to pick on you
as target for his vicious tongue
Then act as you’re expected to.
Just smile pretend to play along.
He seems to pick unerringly
On those who have something to hide.
Exposes secrets fleeringly
Though some would say he’s justified.
But when the jester picks on them
Adopt a different stratagem.

Princes Of The Universe
Words and music by freddie mercury
Here we are.born to be kings.
Were the princes of the universe.
Here we belong.fighting to survive.
In a world with the darkest powers.
And here we are.were the princes of the universe.
Here we belong.fighting for survival.
Weve come to be the rulers of your world.
I am immortal.i have inside me blood of kings.
I have no rival.no man can be my equal.
Take me to the future of your world.
Born to be kings.princes of the universe.
Fighting and free.got your world in my hand.
Im here for your love and Ill make my stand.
We were born to be princes of the universe.
No man could understand.my power is in my own hand.
Ooh.ooh.ooh.ooh.people talk about you.
People say youve had your day.
Im a man that will go far.
Fly the moon and reach for the stars.
With my sword and head held high.
Got to pass the test first time - yeah.
I know that people talk about me I hear it every day.
But I can prove you wrong cos Im right first time.
Yeah.yeah.alright.watch this man fly.
Bring on the girls.
Here we are.born to be kings.were the princes of
The universe.here we belong.born to be kings.
Princes of the universe.fighting and free.
Got the world in my hands.Im here for your love.
And Ill make my stand.
We were born to be princes of the universe.

Place to Party
The merriment spreads across the place,
Capturing like magnetic objects, this is the superior job.
One languid participant relaxes in the corner,
Like someone achy and without vigour of the party.
The air is jellified with sweat and perspiration,
One jester relies on the sweet air that he cancels
His home-made stunt. Instead of abolition,
The drunken party-goers arrest the menu
And divide the spoils of war,
One other lanky jester motions to the sick
To feed on something extravagant
And not concern themselves with the present hovel
They are in.

The world is lousy with Arab princes. And if we could have got Osama bin Laden, and saved at some point down the road 3,000 American lives, a few less Arab princes would have been OK in my book.

Soft Sounds
Mute that trumpet.
Mute that horn.
Mute the cryin'
when babies are born.
Maybe they're cryin'
'cause they're here.
Maybe they're cryin'
'cause they remember fear.
Mute that trumpet.
Mute that horn.
The babies need quiet
like before they were born.

Mute claimants
The child underwent kindergarten.
The teacher and the parents took credit.
The growth of the brain was a mute claimant.
The stiff cough was at last cured.
The syrup and the pills took the credit.
The white corpuscles were the mute claimants.
She was sexy to men around.
Her make up and costumes took the credit.
Her Oestrogen was the mute claimant.
He was in the heart of many women.
His purse and muscles took the credit.
His testosterone was the mute claimant.

A Deaf-Mute
A deaf-mute brings a cup of tea!
A cup of tea with love so rare;
Love uncommonly seen, I stare;
How do I thank her for her charity?
Often by her mother chided;
A servant in her own house, unpaid;
A deaf-mute, she remains, since birth!
Wearing a smile and full of mirth;
A face quite content to the core;
I want to love her all the more;
My heart with anguish wants to cry;
For unfair things, men often try;
To scores of deaf-mute creatures,
God, a DEAF-MUTE, Himself remains!

The Fool
Alive in an ocean
A world that I didnt see
I walk the world backways
Its aways the same ballgame
Thats out of mind
Out of the living world
Out of time
I break all the rules
They call me a fool
I cartoon in motion
A hero pretends no pain
A clown slipping backwards
You laugh at anothers shame
But I dont mind
I know Im limping low down
I dont mind
Winners or losers
Its all just a game
And Im going down
And Im strolling down
Life and an answer
The key to an open door
Admiting Im laughing
Living Im limping more
Its out of mind
Out of the living world
Out of time
Winners or losers
Its always a game
And Im going down
But Im strolling down
To rout around
And around, and around
To round round
Theres a cloud
Theres a cloud
So...the fool has found the golden key
So...its waiting there for you and me
Just a fool, a street jester
The hero of society
Just a fool, a street jester
Look at me, now cant you see
A life in emotion
A world Im glad I didnt see
A cartoon in motion
A key to the same day
I dont mind, Im here to know
I wanna go go go go go
So...the fool has found the golden key
Its so...its waiting there for you and me
Just a fool, a street jester
The hero of society
Just a fool, a street jester
Look at me, now cant you see

Choose to Boot It Just to Mute
...and,
You may...
Risk your life for petty reasons.
You may...
Not believe it to accept it,
Just to find there's nothing there to lose.
...and,
You may...
Risk your life for petty reasons.
You may...
Not believe it to accept it,
Just to find there's nothing there to lose.
And 'then'...
You may,
Get dramatic in dismissing diplomatic moments toned...
When knowing love of life you own with a peace of mind condoned,
In and outside of your home,
Is not on loan droning in a moan groaned all day and night long!
And you 'dig it like the fresh scent of Spring!
Oooh Whoa noooo mo'...
...and,
You may...
Risk your life for petty reasons.
You may...
Not believe it to accept it,
Just to find there's nothing there to lose.
...and,
You may...
Choose to boot it just to mute.
And...
You may,
Boot it just to keep it mute.
...and,
You may...
Choose to boot it just to mute.
And...
You may,
Boot it just to keep it mute.
And then,
You may...
Do whatever it is wanted if you wanted.
Then you may,
Do whatever it is wanted!
And then you may,
Do whatever it is wanted if you wanted.
But then you may,
Boot it just to keep it mute
Or...
Then,
You may...
Choose to boot it just to mute.
Or then you may,
Choose to boot it just to mute!

Painted Smile
I can sing
I can dance
Just give me a chance
To do my turn for you
Theres a change Ill slip
But with stiff upper lip
Ill sing a song for you
Laughter is free
But its so hard to be a jester
All the time
And no ones believing
Im the same when Im bleeding
And I hurt all the time deep inside
Ive shed a tear for the lying
While everyday trying to
Paint this smile for you
Backflips, cartwheelings,
Somersault feelings
What is there left to do
Laughter is free
But its so hard for me,
A jester all the time
No ones believing
Im the same when Im bleeding
And I hurt all the time deep inside
Roll up, roll up
Enjoy the show
Pick me up, wind me up, put me down
Youll see me go
And this painted smile
May miss for a while
Then come back and steal your show
I sing, I dance
Give me a change to do my turn for you
With backflips, cartwheelings,
Somersault feelings
Whats there left to do
Laughter is free
But its so hard to be a jester
All the time
No ones believing
Im the same when Im bleeding
And I hurt all the time deep inside
Laughter is free
But its so hard to be a jester
All the time
No ones believing
Im the same when Im bleeding
And I hurt all the time deep inside

Au Jardin
O you away high there,
you that lean
From amber lattices upon the cobalt night,
I am below amid the pine trees,
Amid the little pine trees, hear me!
'The jester walked in the garden.'
Did he so?
Well, there's no use your loving me
That way, Lady;
For I've nothing but songs to give you.
I am set wide upon the world's ways
To say that life is, some way, a gay thing,
But you never string two days upon one wire
But there'll come sorrow of it.
And I loved a love once,
Over beyond the moon there,
I loved a love once,
And, may be, more times,
But she danced like a pink moth in the shrubbery.
Oh, I know you women from the 'other folk',
And it'll all come right,
O' Sundays.
'The jester walked in the garden.'
Did he so?
