He who cannot bear misfortune is truly unfortunate.

The unfortunate
A polar bear does not suffer as much
As an African bear would imagine it to.
An Indian crow does not suffer as much
As a penguin would imagine it to.
The unfortunate are not as unfortunate
As the fortunate think them to be.

Myself acquainted with misfortune, I learn to help the unfortunate.
Success is the necessary misfortune of life, but it is only to the very unfortunate that it comes early.

Regretting Their Actions
Unfortunate are those,
Who select their victims with venom.
Those who are blinded by an agenda picked,
Without facts that are offered to them...
But set with a mindset,
To appease a personal illness.
And this had been done with ease.
Unfortunate are those,
Deciding to choose the ones perceived,
As vulnerable.
Those they believed were without friends.
Those they have chosen,
To be open and defenseless.
Unfortunate are those with minds like this!
And they are the ones to ultimately suffer the most.
First to scream an unjustice has been done.
Although they are the ones,
To instigate...
Their own pain and defeat!
And exposed to be evil...
From discretions selected privately.
Now publicly observed as acts to deceive.
Unfortunate are the ones like these...
Regretting their actions,
At the expense of destroying their own lives.
Weeping and seeking...
Places to hide!

Misfortune is easier to bear if you share it with many others.
Unfortunate is he who cannot gain a few sincere friends during his life and more unfortunate is the one who has gained them and then lost them (through his deeds).

Kissing A Misfortune
Kissing a misfortune
Is a life`s last endeavour
As you never make a return.
Kissing a misfortune
Is a man`s lost game
As you don`t have a partner in it.
A slipped word,
A wrong unknowingly done and
A right forgotten to be done...
Kissing a misfortune
Is a friend`s tragedy and
Indeed a life`s ghost.

Prosperity is the measure or touchstone of virtue, for it is less difficult to bear misfortune than to remain uncorrupted by pleasure.
Without Resolve
inside a rumor
we delight at the
misfortune
of our neighbors
i feel guilty sometimes
and i want to quit
on the other hand
it is their miseries
much greater than ours
that make us
feel so happy
we start all over again
over another cup of
coffee
watching time go by
like another
unfortunate guy
i feel guilty sometimes
but i cannot really quit
it is always the misery of
other people
that makes mine so
lighter
i guess, this is nothing
but survival.

Marriage And Divorce
If marriage is a fortune,
Then divorce is a misfortune:
Failure at one of the greatest
Attempts in life.
Divorce is a miscarriage:
To abort the shared dreams,
Joys, and every fulfillment
That marriage brings.
It is a cruel rending of two
Intertwined, spirited hearts—
Leaving them to slowly
And painfully bleed to death.
Marriage fulfills, but divorce
Is an unfortunate waste.

Misfortune
Dare not disobey
We have not
Learnt to obey
Misfortune.
Love is not joke
We never serious
To life to live
Misfortune.

Its Not My Cross To Bear
I have not come, yeah, to testify
About our bad, bad misfortune and I aint here a wondrin why.
But Ill live on and Ill be strong
cause it just aint my cross to bear.
I sat down and wrote you a long letter, it was just the other day.
Said, sure as the sunrise, baby, tomorrow Ill be up and on my way.
But Ill live on and Ill be strong
cause it just aint my cross to bear.
But in the end, baby, long towards the end of your road,
Dont reach out for me, babe, cause Im not gonna carry your load.
But Ill live on and Ill be strong
cause it just aint my cross to bear.

There is no greater misfortune, than to not be able to endure misfortune.
Uninvited
Like anyone would be
I am flattered by your fascination with me
Like any hot blooded woman
I have simply wanted an object to crave
But you're not allowed
You're uninvited
An unfortunate slight
Must be strangely exciting
To watch the stoic squirm
Must be somewhat heartening
To watch shepard meet shepard
But you're not allowed
You're uninvited
An unfortunate slight
Like any uncharted territory
I must seem greatly intriguing
You speak of my love like
You have experienced like mine before
But this is not allowed
You're uninvited
An unfortunate slight
I don't think you unworthy
I need a moment to deliberate

Unfortunate Thing
Breaking out of school
Aint really fooling no one
I was sure Id get my reward in time
Backing uo the street
With the smell of sweet sensation
Didnt want to be another dime
Hidden in the pocket
Of some unfortunate nation
Didnt have no money, sure didnt have the time
Chorus:
Unfortunate thing, such an unfortunate thing
Unfortunate thing, such an unfortunate thing
But I fought with nothing
But I fought with nothing
Laughing at the rumor
That youve been screwing someone
Laugh better cry
It could be your turn next time
Brother what a lover beyond the fourth dimesion
Hes got an ego
Thats bigger than yours and mine
(chorus)
Dont call me bwana
Let it settle in your heart
We move from children
Into a business counterpart
Your head was shaking as I walked into the room
A spirit breaking
Thats why I feel this way
Breaking out of school
Aint really fooling no one
I was sure Id get my reward in time
Backing up a street
With a smell of sweet sensation
Didnt want to be another dime
(chorus)

Misfortune That
Misfortune that
I am unable to know
My mistakes and faults
And you kept me here
In this cage as a
Life prisoner and
Kept me idle.
Misfortune that
Here I am
And with my consent
And I know not
When to go
And where and you
Kept me idle.
