He who builds a house in the market-place, builds either too high or too low.

What Is A Hero
A hero is a Dad,
who carries your heart onto his with his unconditional love.
A hero is a Dad,
who builds your first pair of wings to enable you to fly on your own.
A hero is a Dad,
who builds your faith when all hope tumbles out from your heart.
A hero is a Dad,
who builds you a magical ladder to keep you high off the ground.
A hero is a Dad,
who builds your confidence so you make it through the wind and rain.
A hero is a Dad,
who builds your strength beyond his own when your life with pain collides.
A hero is a Dad,
who knows when he must step aside when another hero has come to carry your heart onto his.
A hero is a Dad,
who builds his strength of having to let go when walking his little girl down the aisle to place her heart onto the heart of another hero.

High As The Moon
i built an altar for you
out of polaroids and pins
on the wall of my room
i don't know what to do
waiting for you
should be a sin
out of south station
builds me up
it's all i can do
high as the moon
waiting for you
to come back to my room
i built an altar for you
hope you come around
those lead to my house
i had a question for you
telling the truth
throws at the sound
outside a station
builds me up
it's all i can do
high as the moon
waiting for you
to come back to my room
all i can say
is show me some strength
come over please
your enemies
won't get to you
waiting to speak
days into weeks
come over please
no enemies
outside a station
builds me up
it's all i can do
high as the moon
waiting for you
to come back to me please
come over soon
no enemies
come over see
i'm begging you

I Built This House
I built this house from its foundation
It's foundation I made it strong
So that it can't be shaken
By anything
I built this house
On love
Not on lies
I built this house
I turned it into a home
And that was my vision
I built this house
Just like a wise woman
A woman who builds a house on a foundation of a rock
Not like a foolish woman
Who builds a house
On a sand
And then turns and destroys it with her hands
I won't allow anything to break it down
To break my children and my husband
With nonsense
With arguments, alcohol and unfaithfulness
So devil you better live
Cause I built this house
On top of the rock Jesus

He that gives good advice, builds with one hand; he that gives good counsel and example, builds with both; but he that gives good admonition and bad example, builds with one hand and pulls down with the other.

Where God builds a church, the devil builds a chapel.
The man who builds a factory builds a temple, that the man who works there worships there, and to each is due, not scorn and blame, but reverence and praise.

Love's Land
Oh Love builds on the azure sea,
And Love builds on the golden sand,
And Love builds on the rose-winged cloud,
And sometimes Love builds on the land!
Oh if Love build on sparkling sea,
And if Love build on golden strand,
And if Love build on rosy cloud,
To Love these are the solid land!
Oh Love will build his lily walls,
And Love his pearly roof will rear
On cloud, or land, or mist, or sea-
LOve's solid land is everywhere!

Learning builds daily accumulation, but the practice of Tao builds daily simplification. Simplify and simplify, until all contamination from relative, contridictory thinking is eliminated. Then one does nothing, yet nothing is left undone. One who wins the world does so by not meddling with it. One who meddles with the world loses it.

A Graffiti Of A Turned Down Wall
The agained unsmithed
Striking the nails high into the sky
House scattered weeping for a roof
A shelter dreamed of from the foundation
Builds itself against the want
Dreams itself against the wake
Crucifies itself endlessly
To worldwide be
A graffiti of a turned down wall

When a Bulgar gets rich he builds himself another house.
He who builds to every man's advice will have a crooked house.
He who builds according to every man's advise will have a crooked house.
He who builds a masjid in the way of Allah, God will build a house for him in the paradise.
He who builds a house, or marries, is left with a lank purse.
Every wise woman builds her house: but the fool plucks it down with her hands.
Just Let Me Take Control
i know this is not the way,
but, it's the only way i feel i can win,
i can't deal with life,
there seem to be no way i can win,
would you agree,
everything messed up,
can't change what i want,
so all i say is let me go,
i don't want help,
that just mean more fo me to do,
life not easing up,
left with same stuff,
would you agree?
stress builds anger,
anger builds urges,
urges to take my life,
but, to some that not agreeable,
to the one thing i do want.
