Mascara
Let us pretend you are defending your eyes,
when inquisition rains bring skies twinkl'n downwards
in the night; putting faces aside, burning peripheries that
I can only remember in visions of nights back when
derelict busses hummed along and silent bums cried.
Torches are lit and raised like ether to the greys of daunting
shadows, led on by a pipers piquant fog,
Shells hanging from your diamond eyes on cut-up chain-gang roads;
with echos and clicks,
with sirens that laugh.
lighting lashes in its cul-de sacs,
rocky and spine-like.
Through it all I have your eyes defended by mascara
under this canopy umbrella sky your fires open wider.
With that erotic mascara melting away
and beneath it I hear you sigh.

War on depression
Depression is a fight
Or a flight
Depression is a theif
That should be locked up
Depression steals...
Happiness
Motivation
Sleep
Your appetite
It steals your view on life
It steals how you view yourself
Sometimes it even steals your life

Hope Steals In
Hope steals in
Through the largest of cracks
It makes silver from tin
And nothing feels to lack.
Hope steals in
Through the stormiest of clouds
It lets light shine in,
And makes the quiet, loud.
Hope steals in
Through he darkest of night
It kicks bedtime haunts in the shin
And ends a scary plight.
Hope steals in
Through all troubles met in life
It helps you once again begin
And resist everlasting strife.

Hes A Thief
He steals hearts and he steals my kisses
He stole away my love
He steals my thoughts
And now it seems
He stole into my dreams
Cos hes a thief , oh
Hes a thief
Hes a thief
Hes got me ensnared in his clutches
His love does not seem real
Hes got me there , in solitaire
His love is made of steel
But hes a thief , oh yeah
Hes a thief , oh
Hes a thief
I locked my heart and threw away the key
But hes knocked once and open sesame
He steals hearts and he steals my kisses
He stole away my love
He steals my thoughts
And now it seems
He stole into my dreams
But hes a thief
Oh, hes a thief
Hes a thief ( fadeout)

He who steals a little steals with the same wish as he who steals much, but with less power.
The black man steals just half of very little, but the white man steals the whole sugar plantation.
The rich man who gives, steals twice over. First he steals the money and then the hearts of men.

Some times people just don’t get me
Some people just see my face
Glossy lips mascara-coated lasses and
Pink Rosy checks but that’s just the out side
There is so much more to me more than pink hair
More than manicured nails more then a pair of denim jeans
More then what meets the eye sometimes I think people just don’t
Get me those are the times I sit alone in my room
Those are the times that seem to go on forever
Those are the times even beauty can’t fix
The times I sing out my heart the times I feel
No one loves me
Those are the time I have sweat pants on my fav hoddie
And my blonde and pink hair tied up tight
The time mascara runs down my face from the tears
And my hair is socked from the shower that’s sound of betting water
Muffled the sods so no one could hear
Then other times people get my they see the gloss the pink hair and fitted denim jeans
On top of it all the see the goofy glasses and they know I will never grow up
The times were my gloss has faded from smiling and chatting to them but my eyes are fixed on my black high top shoes and he knows I want to cry
Those are the times he holds my and makes things right
Those are the time were I don’t get him

Beautiful Impressions
She puts on her make - up with care
Not too much, just enough
For natural glamour.
Mascara to make the eyes expressive
Blush for cheeky presence
Lip gloss to put a sheen on her syllables.
Does she try too much?
Perhaps.
Like ‘nature from a bottle’
Is she the real thing?
It is more about efforts at elegance
Than beautiful impressions
At least she cared to.

Good name in man and woman, dear my lord, Is the immediate jewel of their souls Who steals my purse steals trash 'tis something, nothing 'Twas mine, 'tis his, and has been slave to thousands But he that filches from me my good name Robs me of that which not enriches him And makes me poor indeed.

This Is Me!
You can't judge a book by it's cover
So why can you judge a man by his looks?
It doesn't matter if he's Short or tall,
You have to look inside to know him
You can't give a label on a girl you don't know.
You can't tell a person how to live
You have to know there life story
Before you can tell them who there are
I wear tank tops and Skirts.
eye liner and Mascara
But did you know I like football?
I carry a purse, I straighten my hair
But did you know I like rock music?
It doesn't matter what I look like
I am me,
and you don't know who I am
Unless you talk to me
Did you know that the guy over there enjoys animals
and That girl is a cancer survivor?
Some people aren't given the chance to explain
But they have some much to give to the world
I wear tank tops and Skirts.
eye liner and Mascara
But did you know I like football?
I carry a purse, I straighten my hair
But did you know I like rock music?
It doesn't matter what I look like
I am me,
and you don't know who I am
Unless you talk to me
You can try to tell me that I don't belong,
You can call me any name in the book
But no matter what I'll know
That this is me
I wear tank tops and Skirts.
eye liner and Mascara
But did you know I like football?
I carry a purse, I straighten my hair
But did you know I like rock music?
It doesn't matter what I look like
I am me,
and you don't know who I am
Unless you talk to me

From
WHO never eat with tears his bread,
Who never through night's heavy hours
Sat weeping on his lonely bed,--
He knows you not, ye heavenly powers!
Through you the paths of life we gain,
Ye let poor mortals go astray,
And then abandon them to pain,--
E'en here the penalty we pay,
-----
WHO gives himself to solitude,
Soon lonely will remain;
Each lives, each loves in joyous mood,
And leaves him to his pain.
Yes! leave me to my grief!
Were solitude's relief
E'er granted me,
Alone I should not be.
A lover steals, on footstep light,
To learn if his love's alone;
Thus o'er me steals, by day and night,
Anguish before unknown,
Thus o'er me steals deep grief.
Ah, when I find relief
Within the tomb so lonely,
Will rest be met with only!
