Death is nothing and pain is nothing, but cowardice is crime and disgrace, the greatest punishment.

Be Ruthless The Law

Be punishment heavier than
The benefit caused by the wrong.
Be the punishment severer than
The pain caused by the crime.
Be the punishment double
For wrongs of the custodian of laws.
Ruthlessness is the characteristic
Of the law of enforcement.

The Greatest Crime

The greatest crime is
Silence
The Acquiescence
In Coexistence
Of Palaces and Pavements.
What punishment the crime entails?
Earth looked from Moon
Be Red, Black Red, Thick Red, Blood Red.

Selective Illness

The greatest sorrow found in life is neither war nor hunger
It does not lie in beaten hands or those of the oppressor
It does not follow death or pain, though its dwelling can be near it
It can be found in many homes, though its residence is elsewhere

No, the greatest tragedy cannot be genocide or prejudice
Or lie with the imprisoned
Yes, the greatest crime to human kind
Lies in those who o'r look all this

My Greatest Fear!

I have many fears
some range from big to small
here's a secret dear
my greatest fear of them all
you might think it was to die
and yes long time ago it was
but now I enjoy the thought of my death
but let me tell you now my greatest fear of them all
is to become old and older going through menopause
become sick and ill until you no longer feel,
eyes always glazed do you see heaven through your haze?
painful streaks of pain that no medicine can contain
how can you keep your fate in god
when hes giving you all this pain?
but none the less this is my greatest fear
its not the thought of dying
its just the pain of old age
I don't want to be immortal
what a pain that would be!
but see it through my eyes
as you watch your grandmother slowly die
after all these years of pain
then you can understand my fear
is not death its slowly deterioration as i get old
so id rather die at 40 yeas old, young i know
but its peaceful that thought
my greatest fear my greatest fear my number one fear of them all!

Death is not only an unusually severe punishment, unusual in its pain, in its finality and in its enormity, but is serves no penal purpose more effectively than a less severe punishment.

Im In Disgrace

The first time that I saw you
You were the lady of my dreams.
The very next time I had to make you mine,
And I treated you like a queen.
The third time that I saw you
You treated me with such distaste,
Now I wish Id never seen your face.
Im in disgrace,
Im in disgrace.
Because I fell for your pretty face,
Im in disgrace. hes in disgrace.
Im in disgrace. hes in disgrace.
You captured me in your embrace.
Theres no use blaming me
And saying I was your ruination
Because it was you equally
That got us into this situation.
It wasnt lust, it wasnt rape,
It was just a mistake
Im in disgrace. hes in disgrace.
Im in disgrace. hes in disgrace.
Because I fell for your pretty face.
Im in disgrace. shes in disgrace.
Im in disgrace. hes in disgrace.
You captured me in your embrace.
Was your love real or faked?
Or was it only infatuation?
Picture you in my place.
I wish Id acted with a little less haste.
Im in disgrace.
Im in disgrace.
Because I fell for your pretty face.
Oh what a waste. hes in disgrace.
Im in disgrace. hes in disgrace.
Now my names dirt and Im disgraced.
Im in disgrace.

The way the terrorist is trained to operate, especially the suicide terrorists, makes punishment and the threat of punishment far less valuable to those who would prevent the crime.

No punishment has ever possessed enough power of deterrence to prevent the commission of crimes. On the contrary, whatever the punishment, once a specific crime has appeared for the first time, its reappearance is more likely than its initial emergence could ever have been.

No Lessons Learned

Death for causing death
You can't be lenient
A cold blooded slayer
Deserves capital punishment.
He snuffed out a life
With no hint of remorse
Extinguishing his life
Remains the only course.
He killed one
Still in its bud
Justice must be done
It bays for his blood.
The law takes its course
To the gallows he's sent
There's is no remorse
He deserved capital punishment.
Did it happen again?
Killing of an innocent?
It was no lesson
The capital punishment!

Death

Death is reality if not caused
Life is gone and paused
Heart is in grief and gripped with fear
Loose interest in life and pain you bear

Death is God’s creation
Must Gob back to Him after cremation?
No one must try to deprive a person
Of his life even if has a reason

Death is punishable crime with penalty
It is very rude form of cruelty
We are not here to take away life
It may be curse to somebody’s mother or wife

Gangster’s may consider and take it as game
They may murder it for getting cheap fame
Murderers may try to have their way
Simple hegemony to rule and have sway

Illiteracy and ignorance may create the scene
Poor and helpless may indulge and mostly seen
For paltry sum somebody may loose the soul
Temptation for money…………………..

Death should not be rewarded with death
Person should be condemned and invite wrath
Slain man should be offered respectful wreath
Convict should be given enough chance to live with

“Rarest of rare” is the term for punishment
Exemplary punishment is the answer to comment
“Live and let others live” should only be the slogan
No problem can be solved at the point of gun

Let death remain at the discretion of Lord
We have to just obey and follow his word
He may shorten the life or bless it with shower
We respect the dead with honour and flower

Life is to live full and not depart
It has to be utilized and not divided in part
Must be honoured and praised as best opportunity
Let us pray together with one voice as unity

Snake bites

Restoration of things robbed
Isn’t punishment meted out.
Resignation from the post
Isn’t punishment for the crime.
Curing the snake bite
Is not driving out the snake.
Yet people are content with that.

The Deadly Death

The greatest threat, the biggest loss
And the deepest pain is one’s death
To oneself. The greatest relief
Is that one’s memory is dead

Just and Equal Punishment

Getting rid of the culprits,
Does little to undo those misdeeds done.
Assigning the crime doers,
To prison cells to get three meals a day...
Free cable and educational opportunities,
To rehabilitate back into a crazed society...
Is not just and equal punishment.

Just and equal punishment includes,
Being threatened by creditors on a daily basis.
Or being passed over for a raise,
As one's boss waves and drives away...
In a new Mercedes.

Just and equal punishment,
Is a stripping of one's respect and identity.
Not dollars stashed away collecting interests.
And kept as seed money to invest,
In the adding of more theft to the decadence.

Just and equal punishment,
Would be the trading of places...
With those that have been deceived.
And they do this until those victimized,
Have been satisfied.

OLD McPFIZER HAD A PHARM

Old McPfizer had a pharm
Ee eye ee eye oh
On that pharm he made some drugs
Ee eye ee eye oh
With Prozac here and Ambien there
Here a drug, there a drug
Everywhere a drug-drug
Old McPfizer made big bucks
Ee eye ee eye oh

Old McPfizer sold his drugs
Ee eye ee eye oh
With no regard for “Side effects”
Ee eye ee eye oh
With depression here and suicide there
Here a death, there a death
Everywhere was death-death
Old McPfizer killed with drugs
Ee eye ee eye oh

Old McPfizer paid big fines
Ee eye ee eye oh
Then he stood trial and went to jail
Ee eye ee eye oh
With a crime here and crime there
Here a crime there a crime
Everywhere a crime-crime
Old McPfizer did some time
Ee eye ee eye oh

Time Will Tell

As time passes by,
I am fully aware
Of what I am missing
And I am imaging
That you are perfectly conscious
Of what you have lost...

Now I must let you know
That there is not crime
Without any punishment on Earth
And for trespassing my heart,
The worse punishment you can get
Is to live the rest of your life
Without me.
Only time will tell.

Cowardly Lovers

Unfulfilled love…a bitter pill to swallow
God’s punishment for mutual cowardice
Two would be lovers left alone n’ hollow
Gone separate ways, after one brief kiss

Death is when....

Death is when my loved ones must depart
Death is a sharp pain in my heart
Death is this feeling of permanent sadness and pain
Death is when my loved ones have gone away
Death is the call to heaven or hell
Death is an eternal mansion or cell
Death is the lesson i need to learn about
Death is a loss, without a doubt
Death is this unhappy feeling i have
Death is pleasant on my behalf
Death is the day i end my life
Death is when i give up the fight
Death is happiness to the world around me
Death started when i gained my life
Death can be helped along with this knife
Death is where i shall go
Death is close, i kno
Death willl come fast
Death is vast
Death is what i see
Death lives inside of me
Death is joy to me
Death has come for me
Death is gonna take me
Death will stop my misery
Death loves my company
Death ends the pain
Death takes me on that train
Death is near
Death is finally here
