You can either hold yourself up to the unrealistic standards of others, or ignore them and concentrate on being happy with yourself as you are.

Unrealistic Are These Wishes
Some seek a pot of gold,
At the end of a rainbow...
But,
Unrealistic are these wishes to predict.
Yet...
Kept are unrealistic wishes.
And...
Others seek clouds lined,
With silver to behold.
But,
Unrealistic are these wishes to predict.
Yet...
Kept are unrealistic wishes.
Nothing is impossible to believe.
Or...
Too impossible to receive.
And...
Unrealistic are these wishes to predict,
For...
Anyone who's not a wisher!
Some seek a pot of gold,
At the end of a rainbow...
But,
Unrealistic are these wishes to predict.

And...
Others seek clouds lined,

Sonnet: Ignore The worldly Man
Ignore the man who goes after the money;
Ignore the man who is after power;
The former looses soon life’s harmony;
The latter turns akin an earth-mover!
Ignore the man who goes after sheer name;
Ignore the man who is after status;
The former ends up in ultimate shame;
The latter suffers the common-man’s curse.
Ignore the man whose heart has selfishness;
Ignore the man with sadistic display;
The former will soon show his uselessness;
The latter cannot go long in this way.
Ignore the man who loves not his neighbor;
God will not love him despite all labor!

Space Between All Things
All the walls of your house,
were painted in deep blue,
you're at that indecisive age to choose colours that reflect you,
and everything and nothing,
is in the space between all things,
that fascinates as much as it agitates,
words turn me into what I say,
as you pull your yellow stained fingers,
through your un-kept hair,
I noticed that the corners of your jeans,
were folded neatly into squares,
your thoughts are the strangest place that you've ever been,
stranger even than Los Angeles,
it's like a cinema where they never ask you to leave,
So while you wait and are you wait,
and concentrate on being as far away,
from fate so while you wait,
and concentrate on being as far away,
She had a north Atlantic film star grace,
that's why her tears are out of place,
that kind sadness has more style,
so nothing will make her smile,
except as soon as anything happens,
she'll drag me on the street,
and hand in hand we stand protesting,
while everyone is still asleep,
So while you wait and are you wait,
and concentrate on being as far away,
from fate so while you wait,
and concentrate on being as far away,
so while you wait and are you wait,
and concentrate on being as far away,
from fate so while you wait,
and concentrate on being as far away,
Are you wait,
are you wait,
are you wait,
are you waaait,

We have no basis for having a recall of any particular type of voting equipment because there are no standards. And when we do have standards, even these standards are required to be voluntary.

You And I Will Suffer
You and I
Will suffer through terrible abuse
To our inner child,
Our spiritual psyche, our real self
If we fail to find release
From our own negative perceptions,
Unless we truly desire to escape from emotional prisons
Of self judgments, unrelenting
Critical eye of condemnation,
Corrupted by estimations of ourselves
Based on unrealistic societal standards.
We learn generous forgiveness for those
Who violate us but never learn
To forgive ourselves and be healed
Of self-violation.

On The Outside
I may appear to be fit and strong
but that impression is completely wrong.
My grip on life is becoming less each day
and I can’t hold things in the normal way.
If I need to pee I have to go straight a way
where once I could hold it for hours each day.
I also cannot concentrate like I used to do
and a thought only lasts for a moment or two.
I once held dear the memories of my childhood days,
but now I can’t even remember what I was about to say.
At one time I could hold my breath for a very long time,
now I’d be lucky if I could hold it for a count of nine.
There’s another thing I can’t hold my alcohol like I used to do,
what I don’t spill goes to my head, or straight down the loo.
But I have found something I can hold for twice as long,
besides the obvious, it’s the new found ability to hold my tongue.

Recently
Recently i've been
All of content and dreaming i have been
'cause i been lately seeing
Quite a bit of this woman live on my street
People stare and we just ignore everything
People stare and we just ignore them
And they go away, go away
She comes to me
I watch her drink
I watch her comb her hair
Both say that we never before have
Felt as recently
People stare and we just ignore
What's the use in hiding out
She says all the time
Let their eyes do the worrying about
She and me go to places quiet
Where we are quite alone
Kiss and we hold together
We will be until we done
People stare and we just ignore
What's the use in hiding out
She says all the time
Let their eyes do the worring about
Both say the we never before
Never before have felt as recently
People stare and we just ignore everything
People stare and we just ignore them
And they go away, go away

I'm Only Happy When
I'm only happy when it rains
without a cloud in the sky
I'm only happy in these chains
all that I can do is cry
I'm only happy when I bleed
it let's me know I'm alive
I'm only happy when I need
just myself to survive
I'm only happy when I dream
of my long lost love
I'm only happy when I scream
at the Heavens above
I'm only happy when I'm alone
at war with my brain
I'm only happy when I've known
that life is just pain
I'm only happy when I'm lost
and I can't find my way
I'm only happy when I've crossed
the path of disarray
I'm only happy when I see
death is my way out
I know I'll be free
I have no doubt
I'm only happy when I'm told
that I've gone insane
I'm only happy when I hold
all these thoughts in my brain
I'm only happy when I sleep
and go out of my mind
I'm only happy when I'm in too deep
I'm only happy when it's me you cannot find

Sonnet- Ignore
Ignore the waves that toss thy ship at sea;
The ship won't see the land if unlucky;
Ignore the men who practise calumny;
A victim of their own folly, they'll be.
Ignore the ones who drive at top-gear speed,
For accidents will kill if they don't heed;
Ignore the men who rise to fame o'ernight,
Their fall is imminent from their limelight.
Ignore the world that mocks at honesty,
As Righteous men have God as their Trustee;
Ignore the evil minds that trouble thee;
God will punish them in His time surely.
Ignore the men who thee mislead all life,
God will deliver thee from every strife.

I Concentrate On You
Whenever skies look grey to me
And trouble begins to brew
Whenever the winter winds
Begin to blow
I concentrate on you
When fortune cries nay, nay to me
And people declare youre through
Whenever the blues becomes my only song
I concentrate on you
On your smile to sweet so tender
When first my kiss you deny
On the love in your eyes
When you surrender
And once again our arms entertwine
And so when wise men say to me
That loves young dreams never come true
To prove that even wise men can be wrong
I concentrate on you.

These are Values and Standards Kept Within
Deliberate and scheduled maintenance,
Prevents foundations from becoming weak.
Boosts and bolsters securities monitored
And reflects a respect given.
Twenty four hours,
Each and every day each week.
A pride is shown!
With a discipline that seems to be attached,
To unquestioned competence.
A strength beams to gleam in a constant glow.
And support of it is given, bestowed and not hidden.
As if understood and unmistakably comprehended.
These are Values and Standards Kept Within
These are values and standards,
Kept within.
Kept within.
Kept within.
These are values and standards,

Kept within.
Kept within.

The Beauty We Ignore
I am the beauty
The beauty in the summer *the heat*
We ignore it
.
I am the beauty
The beauty in the winter *frozen cold*
We ignore it
.
I am the beauty
The beauty in the fall *dying life*
We ignore it
.
I am the beauty
The beauty in the spring *birth of nature*
We ignore it
.
I am earth
I bare all seasons
And you ignore me

Happy
I wanna look behind your eyes
And gently brush the hair back from the face
Cause baby I just realized
Seeing you there in that light
It's better to be kind than right
And I'm about to bridge this kiss between us
Cuz baby I'm ready to dig in
Ready for more than skin on skin
This is where love begins
So I say
I'm gonna tell you you're my man
Cuz it makes you happy
I wanna rush to hold your hand
Y'know it makes me happy
I'm gonna love you best I can
cuz I know it makes you happy
I know I've made some big mistakes
I learned the hardest lessons that way
So adios to foolish pride
I've got nothing left to hide
I stand here open wide
And everything inside of me is saying
Baby I'm ready to dig in
Ready for more than skin on skin
This is where love begins
So I say
I'm gonna tell you you're my man
Cuz it makes you happy
I wanna rush to hold your hand
It makes me so happy
I'm gonna love you best I can
Cuz I know it makes you happy
Oh, y'know I'll make you happy
And I wanna see you happy
I want us to be happy
And we're going to be happy
Cuz baby I'm ready to dig in
Ready for more than skin on skin
This is where love begins
I wanna rush to hold your hand
I wanna see you happy
I'm gonna love you best I can
Cuz y'know it makes you happy
Oh, y'know I'll make you happy
Y'know I wanna see you happy
I'm gonna tell you you're my man
I wanna hear you laughing
I wanna rush to hold your hand
And I love your smile
I'm gonna love you best I can
Cuz that's what makes me happy
Oh y'know I'll make you happy
And I want us to be happy
I'm gonna tell you you're my man
I wanna rush to hold your hand
I'm gonna love you best I can
Cuz I know it makes you happy

Standards
Following the standards of this world, as your work day is unfurled,
May be the normal thing you do, as you see your schedule through,
But, Believers need to be aware, of standards that are set out there,
The standards that deny our Lord, and as moral issues are ignored.
Their standards may get jobs done, but, do nothing for God’s Son,
To help believers live their daily life, above all of their immoral strife.
With our standards set much higher, pleasing The Lord is our desire,
We desire to live and honor Him, while in this world plagued with sin.
Our standard is an Everlasting One, authorized by God’s Only Son,
God’s standard is carved in stone, put in place from God’s Throne.
A standard of unalterable ways, is needed for these changing days.
Standards followed by the wise, as the world chooses compromise.
This standard is the choice of those, who the Lord above has chose,
To shine His light in every nation, to lead all men to God’s Salvation.
God’s standard simply cannot waver, built upon our Blessed Savior,
Before the foundation of this world, it’s the only one we’re to herald.
The Word of God will be our source, as we chart our earthly course,
For The Word alone is foundational, as men seek to live God’s Will.
As the standards set forth by men, by The Lord will be condemned,
But God’s standard is eternal friend, as His will alone will never end.

Happy Together
When she walked up
He walked down
Just like the seasons went round and round
She was in love
He wasn't sure
She wrote some letters he tried to ignore
They could have been
so happy together
They could have been
so lucky in love
Sing la dee da
So happy together
They could have run the earth, the sky, the sun
She carried his ring
Since she left school
He knew she was precious
The prettiest jewel
She wanted a baby
But he wasn't sure
He couldn't make up his mind anymore
They could have been
So happy together
They could have been
So lucky in love
Sing la dee da
So happy together
They could have run the earth, the stars, the sun
I couldn't ever hurt no one
If you feel shattered
I'm sorry for what I've done
We could have been
so happy together
We could have been
so lucky in love
sing la dee da
so happy together
We could have run the earth, the sky , the sun
yeah we could have been
so happy together
we could have been
so lucky in love
so happy together
we could have run the universe
could have run the universe
could have run the universe
for fun
so happy together
so happy together
so happy together
