Ignore the waves that toss thy ship at sea;
The ship won't see the land if unlucky;
Ignore the men who practise calumny;
A victim of their own folly, they'll be.
Ignore the ones who drive at top-gear speed,
For accidents will kill if they don't heed;
Ignore the men who rise to fame o'ernight,
Their fall is imminent from their limelight.
Ignore the world that mocks at honesty,
As Righteous men have God as their Trustee;
Ignore the evil minds that trouble thee;
God will punish them in His time surely.
Ignore the men who thee mislead all life,
God will deliver thee from every strife.

Lost Dog
Oh why am i lost to this,
over and over this pondered, take back
impossible, postpone to another day...hide me...
ignore the dog, ignore its signs and one will surely be seduced,
hear her calling.......and forever so, begin to go blind;
' just reach for my hand, I will free you child'
and free I will be, be it but a pause, an intoxicating journey
free of this world, this! the non essentials of life;
when the veil parts: - what then? Done?
'just let yourself go child for i will guide thee'
through the pain coloured veil of it all: I see you! ! !
You hath guided me before! ! and I say, No!
no more, who ever you pretend to be

It dosen't fit me at all very well.
But it matters not you see.
Becuase many people do not wish to see the real me.
So they turn away leaving me all alone.
Even when it obvious I am hurting.
They think if I ignore it.
All the pain will subside and go away.
But I can not ignore it.
The pain is always there.
Rape and sexual abuse
Along with depression and wanted death.
I can't ignore it.
The pain is to deep and raw.
And those who havent been through it.
How do they know how I feel.
Listen to my screams of the night.
Another nightmare.
The journey is not to end.

Wherever You Are
Wherever you are in this moment, that is your place
You have to learn some lesson, learn it with grace.
When you learned it, you will not be there anymore,
Don't oppose, just go along, face it, but don't ignore.
If you gripe, oppose, get angry or start drinking,
Neither will help you to get through sooner in your living.
Get wisdom, find understanding, then you will know what to do,
Until then go on in peace and know it shall pass too.
Everything is passing and tomorrow it shall fade,
Only your memory can hold it for more then a decade.
However, if you let it go, give it into God's hand,
You will never have heart attack, alzhimers or cancer,
You will always surely stand.
We cannot control others, what we see, it is in us,

The best is to dwell on beauty and harmony,

why do i worry, what do they think?
what is she saying to them?

like my every second was haunted.
