It is not me who is the clown, but this monstrously cynical and so unconsciously naive society, which plays the game of seriousness in order better to hide its madness.

The Obvious
Wake me from this altered state
My future's looking brighter all the time
I'm stumbling and delirious
Something's changed since those teenage days
I'm growing into my own
I'm the talk of the town
Looking strange and I'll say it out loud
There's nothing left to hide
When duplicating the obvious
And it's nothing we decide
Like you, like me
Twist my words so they reed me wrong
The truth was neevr good enough for you
Is that the best you can do?
Talk me down look in my face
Look at you now, feeling like the clown
Next time you should think it over
There's nothing left to hide
Nothing left to hide
When duplicating the obvious
When duplicating the obvious
And it's nothing we decide
Liek you, like me
With no reason, you twist my words
'Cause you're helpless lost in a state of madness
In a state of madness
In a state of madness
Lost in a state of madness
In a state of madness
In a state of madness
Lost in a state of madness
In a state of madness
Lost in a state of madness
Lost in a state of madness

Unconscious
I’m blind, I’m stubborn
I don’t need anybody else
But somehow, I don’t know
I’m unconsciously clinging for warmth
I’m tough, I’m strong
I could run my world alone
But somehow, I don’t know
I’m unconsciously clinging for attention
I want to go, I want to disappear
I don’t want to live in this world again
But somehow, I don’t know
I’m unconsciously clinging for hope
I’m filthy, I’m unworthy
Everybody calls me a sinner
But somehow, I don’t know
I’m unconsciously clinging for love
I’m fool, I’m hopeless one
All doors are closed for me
But somehow, I don’t know
I’m unconsciously clinging for dream

Cynical Baby Downtown
'Soothing voices are announcing,
cynical baby downtown,
another suppression of hope,
a day of compulsory dancing,
cynical baby downtown,
and subliminal sex, guns and dope.
The mistress of rude assumptions,
cynical baby downtown,
is trying to give us a clue,
displaying the bodily functions,
cynical baby downtown,
of what I might mean to you.
Old men are showing photographs,
cynical baby downtown,
of some of the targets we hit;
I guess the animal that laughs,
cynical baby downtown,
has had a testosterone fit.
And the party went ballistic,
cynical baby downtown,
but no one was to blame;
it was your explosive lipstick,
cynical baby downtown,
that had just spoken my name.'

A Lover's Clown
Tiny peices of my heart
Like confetti everywhere
Hidden sorrows in the dark
You can feel it in the air
The spotlight finds me
I can no longer hide my frown
Say hello to a lover's clown
Distorted mirror images
Turn the good to bad
If that's not the way it is
Why am I so sad?
Strangers laughter is the only sound
Silence from a lover's clown
Girl that's me everybody's laughing at
With a big red nose and the tears and the silly act
Comedy, tragedy, reality
It all plays the same
If you don't want me
Tumbling from the high wire
Without a net
You're saying I'll stop falling for you
But I haven't yet
The spotlight dims and the bigtop's coming down
Curtains o'er the lover's clown
Girl, that's me everybodies laughing at
With a big red nose and the tears and the silly act
Comedy, tragedy, reality
It all plays the same
If you don't want me
Tiny peices of my heart
Scattered everywhere
Like a fool I played my part
But you were never really there
A new day dawns and the bigtop's leaving town
You can say goodbye to a lover's clown
Say goodbye

A Clown
I am unconsciously a clown
correcting some upside down smiles
bringing into sad lives
a little bit of hilarity.
I don’t do it deliberately
or consciously for that matter.
It is just a natural thing
that continually happens to me.
I must have been born
with a funny bone somewhere
that makes people laugh
whenever I am around,
it even happens when
my face is on the ground,
so all I can say is that
I must have been born a clown.

Fundamental of Liar Chapter XCII: Clown
The crown of the clown is a big hat of lie
And sweets and candies to lock their mouth
The victory of the clown is a bouquet of laugh
And grin and smile to hide the rest of secret
The crime of clown is a curtain of farewell
And blindfold and cold blood in making shadow
The sorrow of clown is a dance forever
And sin and punishment that never come to end

Today, I want to be cynical!
Today, I want to be cynical
I won’t listen those long lyrical
I don’t care people’s opinion
Today, I want to be cynical
I’ll be the sour vinegar
On the tip of your tongue
I’ll quench my cold blood
I’ll shut my crying heart
Today, I want to be cynical
I deny false sympathy
I believe world’s hypocrisy
Today, I want to be cynical
I’ll burn your comical face
With acid glance’s attack
I’ll breed my poisonous words
I’ll carve my sadistic smile
Today, I want to be cynical
I shame self pity
I laugh at naivety
Today, I want to be cynical
I’ll be the sound of thunder
Shake often your bright day
I’ll know your hidden mistake
I’ll close your chance to break
Today, I want to be cynical!

Diamond
OK, be cynical – say,
why, it’s only a piece of dead wood
that found itself trapped when
the earth’s crust heaved a sigh…
be cynical - say,
it didn’t ask for you to
dig it up - buried there
recovering from the shock…
be cynical - say,
anyway, it looked like a pebble then
until a man so cleverly polished it..
be cynical – say,
it’s nothing of itself – all it does
is to reflect the light that’s always all around..
be cynical – say,
we’d only value it as a piece of glass,
if smart guys didn’t fix it for them to seem rare,
and silly girls say, look, it proves he loves me…
now just look at this diamond..
what use is your mind
when your eye and your heart
get on so well without it?

I have become a pragmatist for friend Leslie
I have become a pragmatist
I’ve been betrayed by so called friends
and people who I thought I knew.
With no attempt to make amends.
I sometimes wonder if it’s true.
Was I myself in part to blame
for trusting far too readily
that’s not the way to win life’s game.
Now that it’s too late I see
I acted rather foolishly.
I should have been more sceptical
and checked them out more thoroughly
at risk of seeming cynical.
I am no longer so naïve
I’ve learnt my lesson I believe.

Cynical Days
Another years gone by,
The worlds grown older,
Sometimes I heave a sigh,
People grow colder.
Every day I do my best to show,
I can make it in this world I know,
But all the bad thoughts that people bring,
My faith in human natures
Getting pretty thin.
Help me get through these cynical days.
Help me get through my cynical ways.
You say its just a passing phase,
Youve got to help me get through, these cynical days.
Another see through scheme,
People are shallow.
The dark nights closing in,
My dark thoughts follow.
I try and make my world a better place,
(my efforts seem in vain),
But Im competing in a human race,
(falling deeper down the drain),
That value things that just dont count,
Makes me wonder what its all about.
Help me get through these cynical days.
Help me get through my cynical ways.
You say its just a passing phase,
Youve got to help me get through these cynical days.
Yeah, you say its just a passing phase,
Youve got to help me get through these cynical days.
Yeah, you say its just a passing phase,
Youve got to help me get through these cynical days.
Yeah, you say its just a passing phase,
Youve got to help me get through these cynical days.
Cynical days.
Cynical days.

Madness Of The Crowds
[On European Version Single]
Sightless the one who relys on promise
Blind he who follows the path of vows
Deaf he who tolerates words of deception
But they who fathom the truth bellow
Shout! Shout! The madness of the crowds hail insane
The madness of the game
Guilty the one with his silent knowledge
Exploiting innocence for himself
Dangerous he whom our faith was given
Broad is the road leading straight to hell
Shout! Shout! The madness of the crowds hail insane
The madness of the game
Dangerous he whom our faith was given
Broad is the road leading straight to hell
Shout! Shout! The madness of the crowds hail insane
The madness of the game

The Clown In The Circus
What can i say..
I'm just the clown
Someone to cheer you up
And laugh at when you're down
That's my part
My role in this game of life...
When the odds are stacked again you
I'll role the dice
I'm a lover not a fighter
I'd rather laugh then cry
I don't look further then immortality
And i don't ask questions why
I'm just the clown
I'm just a clown
But what happens when the one who makes you smile
Is the one who's feeling down?
I can't lose my will to live
Or my part in this play
Who will be the one
To take these clouds away
What can i say...
I'm just a clown
I want to cheer you up
I don't want to see you frown
Lifes too short
In this theatre play
but i can't always be the one that's gonna make your day...
But i will try
Just remember at some point in our lives
We all need time
An a shoulder to lean on when we cry
Love from the clown xx

The Three Faces of a Clown
The three faces of a clown
are anger, sadness and an upward frown
The angry clown, shows his teeth
scaring kids and bringing them grief
when they're in bed and filled with fright
in their dreams, he'll appear tonight
The sad clowns face begins to frown
wherever he goes, he's feeling down
he sheds a tear when he plays around
then starts to cry, a piercing sound
But the happy clown remembers all this
when angry or sad, he had fallen in abyss
Now anger and sadness are no longer found
only happiness, on this three faced clown.

Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock
My neighbor plays Guitar Hero III and he has lots of fans.
He's better at it than other people, nobody can play it like he can.
He loves this game and he jams everyday.
He gets the highest score every time he plays.
This is the only game he plays and it really rocks.
He can't put his guitar down, he's king of the XBOX.
Sometimes it gets on his parents nerves because it's pretty loud.
Lots of people come to see it, he always draws a crowd.
People love this game because it's loads of fun.
Nobody can beat my neighbor's score because he's number one.

Life be a game
Life be not a battle but a game,
Where you can put an end
At inconvenient moment
By owning yourself beaten
Without any seriousness.
In a game you care to win
But at bottom you don’t care.

Sex taboo
Wars are waged for and over women.
Models and Misses are to the throne.
Celluloid heroines are men’s citadels.
Pornography is rampant.
Visual prostitution is the order of the day.
Sex taboo plays all havoc.
The repressive society is the culprit

How Can I Give That
Thank you for helping me,
Protect my steps.
Happy I am that my seriousness,
Has convinced you...
My footprints made,
Were placed in a direction...
To be respected as I thought,
You too wanted kept.
And now that I know,
My best efforts...
You prove you wish not to neglect,
I am happy you now see...
It is about maintaining one's integrity.
And IF you express a giving of this to me...
I have nothing but that,
From me to you to show I can and will do.
You deserve the best.
But how can I give that,
If you take for granted my seriousness?
And my seriousness to deliver...
You should always expect.
In fact...
I would not mind if you demanded it.
Since this will tell me our feelings are mutual.

Change Your Mind
Why dont you ever listen?
Its you Im talking to
This time its your decision
Were into something new
I know that Im sinking
Oh any fool can see
Time that I was thinking
Of no-one else but me
Change your mind
Nothing ever stays the same
Change your mind
No-one ever plays the game game game
Change your mind
Give up what you cant defend
Change your mind
Think it up and start again gain gain
Why cant you reconsider
Listen if you care
Take familiar giver
Reject me if you dare
Give me what Im asking
And save it all for me
Love thats everlasting
Thats how its meant to be
Change your mind
Nothing ever stays the same
Change your mind
No-one ever plays the game game game
Change your mind
Give up what you cant defend
Change your mind
Think it up and start again gain gain
Change your mind
Nothing ever stays the same
Change your mind
No-one ever plays the game game game
Change your mind
Give up what you cant defend
Change your mind
Think it up and start again gain gain

The Intent Of Being Naive
Is it a trait that means that we should be treated as dirt, NO! Should we use you till you have nothing NO! Should we deny you your rights NO! Are you dumb because of it NO! What is being naive? Is it pretending things are simpler then they really are? Or is it not understanding how complex something is? The true question of being naive isn't what it means but its intent. Lieing to yourself or others shouldn't have an excuse such as naive. Now on the other if its true lack of understanding, then you should welcome any educating and we should be happy to do so. And we shouldn't associate being naive as stupidity unless there is no willingness to learn. Then its more then naive its ignorance and denial rolled into one. Am I willing learn yes. Will I ask question when I don't know yes. Will take a stand on what I believe with an open mind yes. Will I debate with someone I believe to be naive without the intent of denial yes. Being naive just means you got something to learn. Are you willing? or Are you in denial? Huh?
