Maggie Smith

It's true I don't tolerate fools but then they don't tolerate me, so I am spiky. Maybe that's why I'm quite good at playing spiky elderly ladies.

A Tolerant Society

A tolerant society we've heard it all before
That fellow he is different he is from a distant shore
He never will be my friend so him i will ignore
I will only tolerate him just that and nothing more.

A tolerant society those words often used of late
By the leaders of the Government in a so called egalatarian State
Yet his birthday or successes we will never celebrate
We will only tolerate him he will never be our mate.

A tolerant society words best used to describe
That we will put up with others but we'll stick by our own tribe
Them we shall not acknowledge or to them say hello
And about them and their culture we do not wish to know.

In a tolerant society we only tolerate
And closer ties or friendships with them we do not wish to cultivate
He is from a different culture and our differences are great
And we only tolerate him he will never be our mate.

We are in favor of tolerance, but it is a very difficult thing to tolerate the intolerant and impossible to tolerate the intolerable.

O my love, tolerate my wrongs

O my love
Please tolerate my wrongs
As a father tolerates
The impudence of his son
As a friend tolerates
The impertinence of his friend
My respectful obeisances
I fall down to offer you
And asking your mercy
O my love
Tolerate my wrongs
Tolerate my love.

When the survival is at stake…

Tolerate if someone fights you for food.
Tolerate if someone steel from you food.
Don’t retaliate. The survival is at stake.

The Divorcees To Be

No child would tolerate other woman
To replace its mother as his dad's wife.
No child would tolerate other man
To replace its father as mum's man.
Divorcees to be must take note of it.

Some Things Others Do

YOU,
May tolerate your laziness.
But me?
I find it offends.

Perhaps,
I know what it takes to be disciplined.
And those accepting mediocrity with ease...
Is like hearing the screeching,
With chalk on a blackboard...
Intentionally begin.

YOU,
May tolerate your laziness.
But me?
I find it offends.

And I know I represent,
An older generation now!
However...
Some things others do,
I will not let go unmentioned.
It is wonderful to see someone attempting their best.
And that effort seems to grab my attention!

Them We Tolerate

For being different to others there is some price to pay
That's how it is and it was always that way
Many good people executed for being seen as a social threat
Since Jesus was crucified and put to death
Our own praises as a race of people we often do sing
But a truly tolerant society there is no such a thing
Because of our laws them we do tolerate
But their culture with them we'll never celebrate
Our brave soldiers who died where the gunfire was loud
We remember and honour them and of them feel proud
Their courage when in great danger of them cannot be denied
And we are told that for peace and harmony amongst people they died
But the successes and culture of those different we never celebrate
Them we do not love though them we tolerate.

Everyone has enemy

Everyone has enemy
Even prophet Jesus had enemies
Some great personalities are like roses
They spread fragrance in the garden of human race
But they live in the thorny branches
And amongst the spiky leaves
Even a gentle wind can hurt them

Female characteristic for M 'lady Ernestine

Women’s minds are different
They do not think the way men do.
Present no reasoned argument
they merely state their point of view

They seem to know instinctively
and are invariably correct.
Which grieves me but I must agree
It is what I come to expect.

Intuition is their guide.
A skill that men sadly lack.
We always tend to look outside
for reasons we can carry back.

To justify the things we do
and wonder why our ladies smile.
Men’s foolishness is nothing new.
Why should the ladies change their style.

What men consider logically
before they can make up their minds.
The ladies discount completely.
Their wisdom of a different kind.

They tolerate our foolish pride.
because they are superior.
A fact that men have long denied
It’s not a case of either or.

For women know without a doubt
What is important what is not.
They need no time to work it out.
A talent that no man has got.

You Continue to Want Credit

What you allow people you claim you love,
To tolerate from you...
Should find somewhere in your mind to disgust.
But like most things you do,
You believe whatever is done...
Has been pre-approved!

Unfortunately your consciousness,
Has been accepted to exist on delusion.
It has been too late to show you too...
This perception of yours is sick.
Since you are controlling.
And the captain of your sinking ship!

What you allow people you claim you love,
To tolerate from you.
Should find somewhere in your mind to disgust.
But like most things you do,
You believe whatever is done...
Has been pre-approved!

And you continue to want credit,
Without making deposits to cover your debits.
And you continue to seek protection,
As if your actions don't expose defects.
What's next?
Since you ignore all messages from God!

Stewing To Do A Brooding

I know I am aging at a rapid pace,
Because I can no longer tolerate...
Those who make excuses,
With a truth they can not face.

Today so many seem to wish an escape,
From their mistakes they can not admit.
And quick with unsilent lips they are,
To review a stewing to do a brooding over it.

And since my patience has gone,
To listen to the same song sung...
From Sunset to dawn prolonged too long,
I immediately exit from it as being relevant.

I know I am aging at a rapid pace,
Because I can no longer tolerate...
Those who make excuses,
With a truth they can not face.

And it gets annoying to hear,
A voice deceptively lamenting...
Over what was done when they were young,
With a venting of their issues unending.

Pachyderm

O' my elderly world, am I getting too bold?
The ones who go first were the elderly ones
Leaving spawns of unfertile aftermaths
Leaving my elderly world high and dry

O' my elderly world, am I getting out of control?
Doing everything that crosses my mind
Like there is no tomorrow
Like there are no rules

O' my elderly world, am I worthy of being alive?
When all my tendency contributes are turmoils
When my currupted mind only grieves others'
Like I own this elderly world...

O' my elderly world, are the rulers doing well?
When all they can offer are blood, tears and lives taken
When the rich becomes richer
When the poor becomes poorer
Like they own this elderly world...

O' my elderly world, do I still have the time?
Am always envious of time
Am always running out of time
Hope I won't be here when your time runs out
O' my elderly world...

Much More Aware

I seek something...
Recogizable as divine.
Not a liability,
Anyone can find to tolerate
As companionship.
To occupy one's mine,
With time limited!
I have had that in abundance before.
And have donated my own ignorance,
I had once ignored...
Pursuing uselessness.

I seek something...
Recogizable as divine.
Not a liability,
Anyone can find to tolerate
As companionship.
To occupy one's mine,
With time limited!
And now that I find...
I have left that kind of youthful foolishness behind,
I am much more aware
Of who I wish in my space to share!
And no where will there be a place,
To hide deceptions within.
