Wildlife

Mommy told me she has everything I want
Mommy told me that I should not worry bout nothing else
Mommy told me that I cant do what I want
Mommy told me
But shes only thinking about herself
Cant think about nothing else
Im thinking about myself
Time to leave and its just as well
cause I cant help thinking theres something else
Wildlife
So I told he that I must have something more than she offered
And she should not worry about my health
Im a big boy, not her little boy no more
Im a big boy and I must learn how to protect myself
Hold my own when they give me hell
She can worry about herself
Tiny eagles must leave their nest
Wild horses withstand the test
Old lovers become estranged
Little boys who cant help but change
Could be nothing but who can tell?

Surrender

Mother told me, yes, she told me I'd meet girls like you.
She also told me, "Stay away, you'll never know what you'll catch."
Just the other day I heard a soldier falling off some Indonesian junk that's
going round.
Mommy's alright, Daddy's alright, they just seem a little weird.
Surrender, surrender, but don't give yourself away, ay, ay, ay.
Father says, "Your mother's right, she's really up on things."
"Before we married, Mommy served in the WACS in the Philippines."
Now, I had heard the WACS recruited old maids for the war.
But mommy isn't one of those, I've known her all these years.
Mommy's alright, Daddy's alright, they just seem a little weird.
Surrender, surrender, but don't give yourself away, ay, ay, ay.
Whatever happened to all this season's losers of the year?
Ev'ry time I got to thinking, where'd they disappear?
When I woke up, Mom and Dad are rolling on the couch.
Rolling numbers, rock and rolling, got my Kiss records out.
Mommy's alright, Daddy's alright, they just seem a little weird.
Surrender, surrender, but don't give yourself away, ay, ay, ay.
Away.
Away.
Repeat Chorus 7X

Teddy Boy

This is a story of a boy named ted
If his mother said ted be good, he would
She told him ted about his soldier dad
Then it made her cry, oh my
Ted used to tell her
He could be twice as good
And he new he could
Cause in his head he said
Mommy dont worry now teddy boys here
Taking good care of you
Mommy dont worry teddy boys here
Teddys gonna see you through
Then came the day she found herself a man
Teddy turned and ran
Far away
Ok
He couldnt stand to see his mother in love
With another man
He didnt know
Oh no
He found a place where he could settle down
And from time to time
In his head, he said
Mommy dont worry now teddy boys here
Taking good care of you
Mommy dont worry now teddy boys here
Teddys gonna see you through
She said teddy dont worry now mommy is here
Taking good care of you
Teddy dont worry your mummy is here
Mummys gonna see you through

Mommy Why?

**This poem is not about me...it just came out of my head**

Why did they rip your heart out, mommy?
Why did they hate you so much?
Mommy, why didn't they accept you
Mommy why?

Why are you dead mommy?
What did they do?
How did it happen?
Mommy, why did it have to happen to you?

Oh i need to know why
Mommy please come back
Mommy i'm sorry i called you a bitch
Mommy i really don't hate you
Mommy please come back, i need you

All I Wanted Was Some Water

Mommy?
Mommy...
I want some water.

'Not until I hear that magic word.'

What magic word, mommy?

'That word you hear me say to you,
All the time whenever you want something.'

Okay.
Mommy...
May I have some water,
Damnit.

'No!
It's PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE...
Damnit.'

Mommy may I have some water?
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE...
Damnit.

'You go to your room...
Right this minute.'

WHY?
All I wanted was some water.

'Damnit...
It's PLEASE.'

No thanks.
I'm not going through that again.
I know what time of the month this is.
Daddy told me all about it.

'WHAT? '

Malevolent

Maybe I went too far this time I just go crazy when she says no
Angel turns away pulls her dress back down, slowly washes her face
Takes the bus to her job downtown
She said Im ok dont worry about me
Now she thinks for herself, hey what happened to me?
I told him that I thought it was over told him that I wanted to leave
He used to touch me so nice when we first met
I never dreamed he would hit me I never dreamed he would hold me down
She said, dont worry about me I wont worry about you
I dont want to be friends she said Im ok
Just leave me alone
She said dont worry about me I wont worry about you
She said Im ok dont worry about me
I dont want to be friends
Just leave me alone
Dont worry about me

I Wanna Be

when i was four years old
i used to say
mommy, i wanna be a teacher
mommy, i wanna be a superhero
when i was six years old
i used to say
mommy, i wanna be a president
mommy, i wanna be rich
when i was eight years old
i used to say
mommy, who do you wanna be? ?
she smiled at me and kiss my head '
when i was twelve years old
i used to say
mommy, i wanna a be a doctor
mommy, i wanna be an engineer
when i was fourteen years old
that's when i begin to understand the way of life
i used to say
mommy, why life is unfair
why it always want to hurt us
now i'm sixteen years old
i'd say
mom, i wanna be
i wanna who i am
i wanna be the person god wants me to be
i wanna follow my dream
i wanna listen to my own heart talking
that 's who
i wanna be

She Mentioned Nothing About Your Eyes

Daddy?
Mommy asked me to ask you...
Where did I come from?

'Boy...
I've been asking myself that same question,
The first time I laid my eyes on you.'

No!
That's not the version mommy told me.
She said she knew I'd be coming soon...
The moment she let you touch her.
And she mentioned nothing about your eyes!

What Children Worry About

Mommy

Mommy, mommy
what’s going on in the world today?
Mommy am I going to be OK?
I heard some kids were wearing bombs
and blowing people up..
Mommy their world is very far away.
They can’t come here, right mommy?
Am I going to be OK.

Written: July 17,2007

Daddy

Daddy, daddy

I asked mommy some questions yesterday,
and tears were in her eyes.
She’s really scared daddy,
I know the reason why.
The kids with bombs,
might be here in our schools.
They won’t listen to the rules.
Mommy is really scared that one day,
you’ll both have no choice but to send me away

Written: July 17,2007

Mommy, Daddy

Mommy, Daddy, there’s no reason to fear
I figured it out late last night.
I said the words for God to hear.
I know He knows all things
and will do what’s right,
sooo… we say the words for God to hear,
everyday and every night.
Guess what Mommy, Daddy
everything will be alright.
Mommy, why are you still crying? ? ?

The Diary Of A Young Girl (diary From An Angel)

Dear Diary,

Daddy was on the couch again
Mommy left again.

I walked alone to school today,
Somtimes i feel alone, sometimes I feel like a real lady.

My friend left me at lunch,
I was alone, I miss her a bunch.

I got a bruise from daddy,
He told me I have to do what he says, and call him daddy

Mommy got home late tonight,
But thats no different from every night.

Daddy put me in bed with him,
I said I didn't want to, but he made me do it with him.

I cut myself, I cut my arm,
I sat and did my own harm.

Daddy and mommy were yelling,
Please don't tell, the don't know I am telling.

Daddy threatened me,
He said I ruined his life, and that I can't start new.

Mommy said I was nothing
God said she's bluffing.

Daddy killed mommy today,
As I sat and watched today.

Mommy left me alone here,
I can't feel her near.

Daddy says I'm his now, his to enjoy,
That my body is his toy.

Daddy cut through my body,
He didn't stop, even when i said I had to go potty.

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

I met god today
I saw mommy's face again today.

I don't want to see daddy again,
Not after the pain he's left with me, with nothing to gain.

I left him alone in the world,
I left him alone.

He hurt me yesterday, that's all I know now,
I'll never forget...... I don't know how

Someone Is Going To Pay For This

'MOMMY? '

Why are you screaming like that?
You nearly scared me to death.

That look...
In your eyes.
What is wrong?

'Mommy?
The sky.
I saw the sky...
And it was blue.

No?
What did I tell you about lieing?

'It's true mommy.
It's true.
My friends and I just left the beach.
And it was covered with...'

Go on!
Don't cry.
Mother's here.

'Mommy?
It was covered with 'white' sand! '

LIES!

'And...
We saw people smiling.
At us.'

Where is my gun?
I want you to stay in this house.
Go to your room.
Don't go anywhere.
I'll be right back.

'Where are you going, mommy? '

Someone is trying to feed my child with delusions.
And I don't like it one bit.
We are here to trash this world.
Not respect it.
Do you understand that?
DO YOU?

'Yes, mommy! '

You go to your room.
I'll be right back.
Someone is going to pay for this.

Should Have Never Told Me

You should have never told me
That you love me
You should have never told me, told me, told me
That you care
Ever since that day I saw your lovely face
You were on my mind
I knew that one day I would make you love me
It was just a matter of time
Every night and every day, girl
Im thinking of you
Girl, I cant believe youre mine
Way you kiss, youre right on time
Should have never told me
That you love me
You should have never told me, told me, told me
That you care
If by chance I owned the whole world
Id give it to you
All Im trying to say
Love you through and through
Girl, lets stay together for life
cause you are my sugar and spice
Should have never told me
That you love me
You should have never told me, told me, told me
That you care
Naw, baby
Oh, baby
Should have never told me
That you love me
Should have never told me, told me, told me

Mommy & Daddy

Ask your mommy and daddy, what happened to the indian?
How come theyre all living in places
With too much snow or too much sand?
Tell your mommy, I got a funny feeling deep inside of me
Ask your daddy, is it really as bad as people make it seem?
Wa ta tick it ta too too..
Ask your mommy why everybody swallows all those little pills
Ask your daddy why that soldier doesnt care who he kills
After theyve put you to sleep and tucked you safely down in your bed
Whisper, mommy and daddy would you rather that
I learned it from my friends, instead?
Do you think Im to young to know, to see, to feel, or hear
My questions need an answer or a vaccuum will appear
Dont be surprised if they turn and walk away
And tell your mommy and daddy that you love them anyway
That you love them anyway...
Give them a kiss
Love will set you free
Kings of emi
Mommy and daddy (alt.)
Ask your mommy and daddy, what happened to the indian?
Ask your mommy and daddy to tell you where you really came from
Then mommy and daddy will probably turn and quickly walk away
Then ask your mommy and daddy who really killed j.f.k
Wa ta tick it ta too too...
Ask your mommy if she really gets off on all her - all her pills
Ask your daddy, why doesnt that soldier care who he kills?
After theyve put you to sleep and tucked you safely down in your bed
Whisper mommy and daddy,
Would it matter if the bullet went through my head?
If it was my blood spilling on the kitchen floor
If it was my blood, mommy, would you care a little more?
Dont be surprised when they turn and start to cry
And tell your mommy and daddy, tell your mommy and daddy
Scream it to your mommy and daddy
Theyre living in a lie, a lie, a lie
Its all a lie, a lie, a lie
A lie, a lie...

The Simple Prayer Of A Child

'missing in action'...
they didnt know...
dont get your hopes up,
we're doing all we can...

she lay on the bed
and wept uncontrollably...
the little boy sat in the darkness,
thinking...

he got down off his bed,
and down on his knees:
'God, if you're out there,
if you're real...

help my mommy, help me,
bring my daddy home! '
the room was still,
he could hear his own breathing...

suddenly light poured through
the window, and flooded his room.
the little boy got up
and ran to his mother's side.

'mommy, mommy, daddy's ok,
he's not lost...'
'what do you mean, honey?
what are you saying? '

'he's not lost, mommy...
remember what he said
before he left...
he's in our hearts! '

she took the little boy
in her arms and hugged him...
they fell asleep in the stillness.
the next morning the phone rang.

she answered, and listened,
her mouth agape...
'what is it mommy, what is it? '
she put down the phone...

'they found him, he's ok,
they said it was dumb luck...'
they hugged each other crying.
dumb luck, i think not...

the simple prayer of a child!

Spinal Meningitis Got Me Down

Why they wanna see my spine mommy?
Why they wanna see my spine?
It's gonna hurt again mommy
Much worse than last time
Am I gonna see God, mommy?
Am I gonna die?

Am I gonna die?
Smile on mighty Jesus
Spinal meningitis got me down
I'm feelin' grasy mommy
Please don't let me die

An Unborn Child's Poem

Today my life began, but some say I’m not a real person yet,
Yes they say only Mommy exist, because me they have not yet met.

But just like a small crumb of bread is yet truly a bread,
My Mommy is and so am I, so they once in the Bible have read.

Yes for even when I was made in secret,
God saw even the embryo of me,
In a fear-inspiring way, I am wonderfully made,
even now to be.

Just think in a year or so, I shall be laughing and later talking,
Mommy and Daddy will be the first to see me walking.

Only 20 days, but my heart is beating on its own,
Gently beating, whispers of a lovely tone.

I am to be a girl, with blond hair and blue eyes,
I am growing a bit every day, and becoming very wise.

I want to learn to sing and dance,
To giggle and love at every chance.

To make Mommy and Daddy very proud of me,
When I become a young lady to be.

When I graduate, I want to be an artist or maybe even a scientist,
I know Mommy would support me, even if I pick another one on my list.

Tup-tup, tup-tup, are you listening Mommy to the whispers of my heart,
Suddenly today I feel differently on my part.

I scream with silent tears, “No Mommy I’m not ready to come on out,
I wonder if she hears my little shout.

I love you Mommy, I need more time to be with you,
I love you Mommy, Do you love me too.

I want to get married, and have my own kids to love and to hold,
To treat you nice and take care of you when you and I grow old.

My hopes and dreams disappeared in a instant and suddenly without a thought,
Mommy did not stop to think how very hard for my life I did fought.

Yes today I took my last little breath, never to have a chance to see,
The possibilities that I can be, Because today was the day that my Mommy killed me!

Restoreth Is The Calm

Daughter of mine, in father's own likeness
Gabriella is your name, hopeful am I of your safety-
So too have I thought of you lately;
More and more, I implore- Daddy is righteous!

One way or another I will be there to your rescue-
Awaiting am I Mommy's inevitable cue!
Mommy made mistakes, told untruths and was erroneous-
In fact, more was it her behavior, more than mine, that was felonious!

Kalina's little sister, Mommy's little girl:
One of Daddy's most revered bequeaths in the whole world!
All my love from afar, to all of you there-
Soon we shall no longer relegate to speaking of care!

Alas, after the storm, restoreth is the calm
Search have we both long and hard for life's balm!

My Christmas Gift

All I want for Christmas
Is my mom to be there
She was diagnosed with cancer around this time of year
The doctor said mommy will not make it
That there is just no way
He told my dad that I’d be lucky
If she lived to see my next birthday
Well my birthday has come and gone
And my mom is still here
She proved that doctor wrong
Tomorrow will be more than a year
Me and my mom have a bond
One that is strengthened day after day
She tells me “son..I love you very much..ok? ”
My mom just kissed me good night as I fall asleep
I’m so excited cause tonight is Christmas eve
She said “I’ll see you in the morning son”
“I’ll always love you and I’ll never leave”
Morning couldn’t come fast enough
As I rush to meet my mom in her chair
To see all I want for Christmas
But my mommy isn’t there
