That Pity B-Gone!

Let that pity b-gone!
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone.
And also going are those benefits.
If you carry on...
Like you can't handle it!

Let that pity b-gone!
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone.
And also going are those benefits.
If you carry on...
Like you can't handle it!

We knew that pity had to split!
B-gone.
We knew that our hearts would split, and soon...
B-gone.
If we let that pity sit,
Between us....
Both of us would have a fit.
If we let that pity sit,
Both of us would have a fit.
If we let that pity sit...
Between us!

And...
You'd believe,
That I could never love you.
To leave me feeling sorry,
And blue.

But...
I would know,
How deep inside my love goes.
And protecting what I love,
Before it overflows.

Let that pity b-gone!
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone.
And also going are those benefits.
If you carry on...
Like you can't handle it!

So...
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone.
And maybe not so much the benefits.
Since I would miss too much your many moods.

That pity b-gone.
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone.
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone.
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone.
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone!

Overweight with Food

Are you just a tub of lard and
Vastly overweight?
Do you think that when you die you'll
Need a piano crate
To act as coffin for your frame? -
Chosen as you die in shame, with
Only you to take the blame
For years of eating much the same:
A daily calorific fest
Gourmands of your ilk digest!

Is your heart in final fling and
Nearly set to burst?
Are your arteries bunged and clogged and
Feeling now the worst
For wear? - your aneurysm fit to blow
While blood as thick as rising dough
Cries 'Halt! ' to any hope of flow:
A dreadful state to put on show
In front of any nurse!
Best you hail a hearse.

Syrup Sponge

Pour a pint of cream
Upon my spongy bulge!

Scoop me with a
Hefty spoon;

Taste my essence -
Do you swoon?

Feed your self-esteem; indulge
In me until you burst -

Death by syrup sponge - you're cursed!

And as the count in inches gain
Upon your weary waist, the strain
Will tell, but you'll not care -
Steeped in sponge, you're unaware!

Basking In the Glow

When one's life has been spent self indulged...
Do you think they have discussions,
About someone who has sacrificed their needs?

They would not understand what that meant.
Or might find it amusing that people actually suffer,
For the cause of uplifting others.

People self indulged have no clue that's what they do!
They've become too familiar with the concept of leeching.
But then again...
This is interpreted,
As an agreement others make within themselves,
To splurge those self indulged with attention.

A need that keeps them surviving.
At the cost of someone 'basking' in the glow of their aura.
Something they 'too' find unresistable!
And one that is quickly given as if to gift.

Salad is Incompatible with Life

Yes, my waist is fifty inches -
Big for me because I'm short.
And yes, I like my cheddar cheese
When partnered with a vintage port.

Okay, okay, that double cream
Is always served with pud,
And cake and biscuits with my tea
Are just no bloody good

For my poor hardened arteries,
But see my point of view,
Please dear wifey if you please,
A Salad makes me spew!

I'd rather eat a bowl of air
Than crunch away on greens;
Drink water from the toilet bowl
Or nibble on my jeans!

But salad! Are you there?
You know it makes me snappy -
So let me fill my face with grub,
Stay fat, and die young happy!

A Food For Everything!

Meals are the food for the body;
Knowledge is the food for the mind;
Meditation is the food for the spirit;
Music is the food for the love of heart;
Dreams are the food for the consciousness;
Prayer is the food for the Almighty;
Love is the food for the living heart;
Thoughts are the food for the brain;
Colourful ink is the food for the pen;
Ideas are the food for the stories;
Truth is the food for the will;
Sun’s energy is the food for the plants;
Plants are the food for the living beings;
But one man’s food is another man’s poison!

A very intimate sense of the expressiveness of outward things, which ponders, listens, penetrates, where the earlier, less developed consciousness passed lightly by, is an important element in the general temper of our modern poetry.

When a cat Loves You!

When a cat loves you it will: nip at your hand,
(it thinks you are food, next meal man.)
When a cat loves you it will: bring you mice,
(it is trying to fatten you up, ain't that nice?)

When a cat loves you it will: sleep in your face,
(It's thinking the end of the human race.)
When a cat loves you it will: run between your feet,
(hoping to trip you and be more tender to eat.)

Now don't get me wrong not all cat's are this way,
I have a cat who loves me no matter what I say.
But I really have a confession to make, right now,
I really LOVE cats sharing my kung pau.

Christmas and Detoxification

Food, drinks and presents,
Lavish food and lavish giving
Christmas parties, Christmas delights,
Christmas trees and sparkling lights!

Christmas for families and loved ones
Christmas for haves and have-nots,
Time for spending, time for eating
Time for giving, time for sharing.

Detox Christmas from excesses
Seen only from what can be fished
Out from our accounts and wallets,
from what we can feed our tummies.

Detox Christmas by welcoming
The gift of Love and Grace into
our being, removing toxins of greed,
of hate, fear, and doubt in human heart.

Brave Men! ! ! !

I like brave men
those who goes to war
and finally returned
share with us your visions

I like angry men
that dispute your honour and bravery
in a table of bar
sharing with us your strength

I like drunk men
that spit their stories and say obscene language
with your friends
sharing with us yours laughts

I like human men
that give all time
the best and the worst
and seal our hearts with a long kiss!

James Joyce

Lightly Come or Lightly Go

Lightly come or lightly go:
Though thy heart presage thee woe,
Vales and many a wasted sun,
Oread let thy laughter run,
Till the irreverent mountain air
Ripple all thy flying hair.

Lightly, lightly -- - ever so:
Clouds that wrap the vales below
At the hour of evenstar
Lowliest attendants are;
Love and laughter song-confessed
When the heart is heaviest.

Hunger: The Cruelty Of Not Eating.

No man should go without food, no man
Should die because the stomach failed to
Digest solids and juice; we are all powerful human
Beings able to predict weather patterns as the
Gods themselves... Why should your neighbor
Die when you eat... Why should humanity perish
For food, why then do we have wars; never die
Due to food, help the world feed the world.

Sonnet # 398

As like no doubt the appetite`s behavior
That asks for food when it has had food had
Does kill all wants of food becomes its hater
Only to later come; wish food `gain bad.
So`s the desire of intercourse all know
That when it`s satisfied knows not the flesh;
That e`en with Venus to bed would not go,
But then does come another day strong, fresh.
Thus is my love for all the human race
That weak becomes when I see people`s worst
Only to come, lo, strong like mother`s embrace
When I see people`s best, like mad a thirst.
So I go low and high in this my living.
Somtimes I laugh and others cry sad giving.

Food

Food food food
All are here for food
All evolve from food
All act for food
All think about food.

All know no food
No existence.

Food come from rain
Rain ensues from sacrifice
Sacrifice rooted
In prescribed action
Prescribed action
Originate from knowledge
Knowledge proceed from you
You my dear not destructible.

So long as you are there
Food is there
You are all pervading
You are infinite
I the finite
Long for you
Through the food
Supplied to me
Only by you
And the food
Itself you.

Bliss Beams Light

Bursting bright, baring intimate enlightenment,
ecstastatic surprise spans souls sharing insight.
Light weaving laughter assuages inhibitions -
henceforth superfluous - brings belonging's magic
Eternal bliss personnified, naught denied: Song of Songs is this.
