Queen Of The Mint

Queen Maria Theresa

of Hungary and Bohemia,

we have followed

the ways of your heart.

We promote Education

with loving persuasion

and torture is forbidden

right from the start.

'Though you lived long ago

we remember you yet ~

and thank God

you knew nothing about

the walk to the Scaffold

of your lovely daughter,

'Marie Antoinette'.
