Rose

slowly running the color goes from the rose
turning green to grey and red to black
as if blood flowing from my body
my soft flesh turning hard and limp
but right before death the blood returns
bringing life which it has tooken
turning my black rose blue
representing new life with sorrow
the rare sorrow of regret
you are my savior
