Drowned Within Lea Of Land

at indifferent mercy bestowed
by time tide wind
have many sailing ships sailed
to past distant lands
awaiting perilous mist coastlines
where storm raging
awaiting submerged shipwreck rocks
turn of rushing tide
left a wave of grief in their leave
to endure survive
an ocean crossing die within land lea
