There Is A Kind Of Peace /In Writing A Poem

There is a kind of peace
In writing a poem
A kind of gentleness:
Words come slowly and surely
And happiness is within them.
All around so quiet so calm
So at ease;
There is a gentleness in writing a quiet poem,
And great peace in writing a small happy one.
