Painless

PAINLESS

Painless-
Perhaps only those in pain
Can truly appreciate painlessness-
What a gift
What a blessing
To be able at my age to walk
Without pain-
To have so many days
With only minor pain -
I pray I will not soon be able
To truly appreciate painlessness again.
