Not The Poem Of Yesterday

NOT THE POEM OF YESTERDAY

Not the poem of yesterday
But the poem of today-
Not what tomorrow will bring
But what I can write now.

So I live
Poem by poem
Day by day
Without even taking the time to forget.

The writer is not the best reader of his poems-
So I hope.
