I Wrote A Poem/ And Was Done For The Day

I WROTE A POEM / AND WAS DONE FOR THE DAY

I wrote a poem
And was done for the day-
Satisfied and at peace
I could rest and sleep-

The road is long
I rest on it
Tomorrow it will open again
And again I will sleep -
