I Went Out Into The Light

I WENT OUT INTO THE LIGHT

I went out into the Light-
Only in the Light is there a poem-
The Darkness yields
Only more Darkness-
Darkness inside- inside- and inside –
The Light is out
I am out with it –
We enjoy the street
And the world of the sky-
Oh Light thank God for the Light
And the world outside.
