AT THE END OF ETERNITY

At the end of Eternity
There is not another poem
Which goes on and on and on
And then waits to die
As all poems do
And all poets will.

At the End of Eternity
No one is heard
Not even the silence is heard
Maybe God is heard,
But who are we to speak about God?
At the end of Eternity
No one knows where anyone is
Only God knows.
