A Poem Before I Go Out The Door?

A poem before I go out the door?
Unlikely, but who knows?
I see the sunlight through the window
Outside beckons.
The indoor world is wonderful
But only inside is too much lost

I want to walk
I want to feel the fresh wind of the early morning
I want to feel free in just being alive

The poem is the anticipation
Of something so simple and basic in life
Almost everyone can have it

Walk out the door with me
And take joy in the light of the morning.
