Queen Bee Syndrome

If only more women take jobs
And if only more women get to posts
How warm the environment would be,
All men at work mused long ago.

Women are supposed to be
Collaborative and considerate,
Exercising womanly kindness.
But Queen Bee Syndrome is the outcome.
