A small member of a big academy

I loved you then when you were with me.
I love you now after you have left me.
I shall love you in future. It is total.
My love for you is indefatigable.
You are my dear as ever as you cannot be near.
I am yours ever as you cannot cross over either.
I am proud as a member of your love
The way one feels as a member of a Royal Academy.
