When You Get Fucked Up

what else can you do?
in these times of change
when tests give you
the result of
failure
what else can you do
when things turn out to be not
what they are supposed
to be?
what else can one do
when cars crash, when trees are cut,
when birds are shot
and whales get butchered
in the sea of
anonymity?

those that understand
they also say
thank you

because they can do nothing
less.
