This I Will Say Unto You

we need a walk
early morning under
the woods

we need to swim
and free our body
with toxins

we need a friend
to share our stories
to comment on
our poems

is this not a
beautiful world to live in?
how beautiful and warm is the sunshine!
how cool the winds that touch on our skin!
