Here Comes The Sun, Joyous

from the shutters of the windows
light peeps in
like fingers creeping
on the naked body
of the woman who made
love with me
last night

my eyes open and welcomes
another memory of the night
for the day

bouquets of memories of the mind
offerings for the sun
joyous and vibrant

we kiss again
as we dress our bodies
on a promise that everything
shall be kept
secret.
