Do Not Tell Me That There Is Something Poetic About The Rain Today

shoo.

please honey,
do not tell me
that there is something poetic
about the rain today

it is heavy.
cats and dogs.
and hotdogs
and syrup pancakes and
cold coffee,

gosh.

i am engrossed with the law.
