A Coccoon

it is the ease
that comes afterward
when you
finally vomit that
pain

it is the ease of truth
and the bitter part
of the lie
somehow that one must
eject and one
must swallow
which is it
finally is what must
you decide

there is an implant in our
mind
that longing that we
can never forget
that guides and
tells us
what to do
with dignity

it is you, and no one else
that makes a world
that is happier to live with

what they say
may hurt temporarily...
