I Will Only Do What Brings Joy…

Affirmation:

From this day forward;

No more “have to”
No more guilt
No more fear
No more dread
No more anxiety
No more judgment

If true that “love is defined as joy”
I will only do what brings joy,
Because, en-joy-ment affirms life
