God Breathes Life in…

Involuntary breathing;
Regulated by a knowing body
Disrupted by emotions
Halted by trauma
Stopped by death

“Breath contains Light”

Learn to be a conscious breather;
Take in breath with awareness
Take in positive ions contained in Wind
Breathe out negative thoughts
Breathe out negative feelings

Breathe in
Breathe out

Let breath carry your prayers
Let breath voice thanksgiving
Let each breath praise God…
