My Jockey Boss rides on an Ass

Once in a get together after couple of drinks
I asked from my previous Persian Boss;
' Do you know the meaning of Exploitation
And Marx & Engels? '
My boss too bit drunk and murmured;
' Yes, why not? Exploitation means Equal opportunity employer,
Marx and Engels are two leading English jockeys in Derby.'
