Lost Dog; Reward!

Missing Dog belongs to dalmatian pedigree
Red ribbon round the neck with a bell
And the new leather belt of goat skin,
Old Owner cries the whole day without a meal.

I told my wife 'It's near to our place.'
And when I try to fix my photograph on that notice
She scolded me in our mother tongue.
