April appears lusciously

The fourth month comes with the Eastern wind
And I hear the faraway my cuckoo bird sings,
Apprehends our new year begins soon.
I sniff the fragrance of oil-cakes.
Oh! Our nest scattered and wife & myself
The old couple here and the loved ones there.
Who makes the longest bridge in between us?
I see the World map hangs on the wall
Where my tiny island standstill like a Pearl.
My beloved took a footruler
And measured the length like a Surveyor.
