Perhaps

perhaps an evil thorn
could stop the bleeding pain
wherever it were born
for those mad and sane

perhaps those evil hours
could stop the sandy moments
or maybe make the flowers
out of thorn like torments

perhaps some blissful hands
could touch the golden skies
for whoever understands
the why of all the whys

perhaps the longest hair
could make a silent nest
perhaps it could pair
the worst and the best

perhaps the waters wide
could spill when all time lapses
to make an ocean's side
say no to all perhapses
