A Poet Painter Mystic Stuck In The Womb

He daily delivers himself

A memory painted onto a canvas

A moon beam resting in the river mouth

A brush stroke testing the length of a shadow

Sprinkled stained on a nothing

From which to paint again

Chameleon skins of the sun

A black soot tattoo crying for its image

A red poppy blood counting the cells

A blue of the eyes grabbed within the sky

A yellow cornfield in a vessel ear hearing

Dedicated to none

A white flake flirting with a particle of dust

A dried brown clinging to the autumn boughs

A juice of green poured into mountain pines

Give ashes to ashes and violet to flowers
