A humble appeal

if this is a circus don't let me be a clown
and never touch the circles of my fire
for the lions and tigers might get inspired
to create something without a breath lit up in the sky
that might just forget its name without me
and break the rainbows like rings of colours
in a painting wedded to a missing point
having just nothing left to paint
will you merely let me dwell acryllic
and look at the hair that's been done for you
in distant shades of blue
craving the hues of red
iconic
endless
divine
to be
