Prayer

For the love of my Lord God

who gives me unconditional forgiveness

Let your Love's light shine

That there not be any shadow

Abiding in me.

Grace my brow with your wisdom

And understanding, ease my guilt

that forbodes me making my heart heavy

Turn my sickness to joy

All my grief to requite

Burden me with only goodness

And kindness that I may share

Willingly with the less fortunate

Til again I'm paupered in spirit

And come seeking your greatness again.
