To The One I Love

To the one I love.
Down from up above you must have come.
When around you I am striken dumb.
Your beauty is so fine.
It makes me feel as if I've drunk too much wine.
Your beauty is so complete,
to describe it I lack the speech.
You fill me with such wonder.
So I sit here and ponder.
Then if I can't have you I'm a goner.
Your eyes see right through me.
They're so deep and true.
So I cannot help but tell the truth.
You're the one I love.
Take me with you back above.
We'll be so happy like two doves.
To the one I love please have me.
Only then can I be happy.
Sure this poem may be sappy,
but for you to reject me would be really crappy.
So please be mine, and I'll be thine.
From there on all will be fine.
