What Is There In The Night?

What is there in the night?
only darkness...

the flowers, the trees are the same...
only not lightened

and the people...
only tired.

What is there in the night?
not a silence...

the voices in the garden...
loud and clear

and the water in the river...
only chanting.

What is there in the night?
...only darkness.
