After Every Moment Of Joy And Sorrow

Look at me
look at you
look at us...

We are all living
in the same universe.

Crying the same tears
of different sorrow
wearing the same smile
of different joy.

It's not the tears
it's not the smile
it's how we look upon the universe
after every moment
of joy and sorrow
that can bring us together
or make us apart.

Look at me
look at you
look at us...

We are all living
in the same universe.
