A Compelling Silence! ! ! !

Live life abundantly
Is what I tell myself daily.

Whenever I stray
Unmindfully away,

In the course of the day.
I get a gentle nudge in a way

That the awareness compels
Me to observe silence…

The practice brings me to present
Lo, happiness and joy- abundant…
