Whose Interests Are Being Represented

Isolated AND inclusive?
From who's point of view is this?
When reflected is division,
By those who say...
They represent common interests.

And whose interests are being represented,
When more are admitting...
A quality of life has been diminished.
And who are they distibuting invitations,
To the same people they have actively kept away.
