What Is It That You Understand And How?

The only time you will come to know,
The agony of my pain...
Is when you find yourself alone,
And there is no one who will come...
To soothe with comfort.
Or struggle in the sharing with you to feel it.

I'll say that again!

I doubt very seriously...

That's why I am quite surprise to hear you say,
You understand.
What is it that you understand?
And how?
