That Initial Taste

We only have one opportunity,
To leave that first impression.
Anything else we do to again bring,
May not be as great of a flavor...
To those first nibbling what we've brought to offer.
Even if we were not at our best upon delivery,
In the doing.
Perception is the key to that initial taste we leave.
No matter how one decides,
To label with a grading to rate...
Repeated presentations.
