Super Hypocriticalistic

It seems super hypocriticalistic,
That a society actively promoting decadence...
In full televised indecency,
Could express a published public appall...
By those whose very valued standards,
Market this with an eye on ratings...
And dollars made!

And to censor the ones,
To label them as misfits and mavericks...
In opposition to it,
Is a bit puzzling...
For those attempting to find,
That path where those straight and narrow walk.
And what traveling circus,
Are they considered The Main Attraction?

Is this a conflict of interests?
No.
Not necessarily.
But 'insane'...
With a capitalistic YES!
Is...
The reflection given that 'is' unavoidable.
