Stagnant Air

What can be said
To someone who is sleeping?
Someone so removed from consciousness...
Nothing can be done,
To drag them away!
This lifelessness weights
On their shoulders each day!
And because their eyes are opened...
It is believed a thought is there!
But nothing is inside their heads!
Nothing at all but stagnant air!
