Spineless And Mentally Digressive

Oh I can be quite snide,
If that occasion should arise.
I can sling mud with the best...
If I am challenged to pass that test.

I can also be loving and kind,
With the giving of the shirt off my back.
And those who are aware of that,
Aren't so willing to initate on me their attacks.

Use that as a weapon,
