Sold On What Is Perceived To Have A Value

It's miraculous that which keeps others attracted.
And sold on what is perceived to have a value.
One's initials on a purse can increase the worth of it...
Thousands of dollars.
Even though what is carried in it,
May be no different than those carried items...
Someone has stashed away in a paper bag.

And there has been evidence,
Of those throwing away what they perceive as trash...
To have someone announce,
How and where they uncovered a fortune.

Although all of us are gifted with life,
We seem not to appreciate the magnificence of it.
The sheer complexity of its composition is dismissed.
As well as the intricate detail of its ability,
To shine upon command with a sparkling smile.

And that...
Is the 'miraculousness' even scientists make attempts,
To duplicate to sell with equal enthusiasm.
With a closeness they say that comes to cloning...
Even the slightest defect will escape microscopic detection.
With a hope to upgrade to perfection outdated originals,
On a frequent basis to meet requests and demands to suit tastes.
