Sold
The ground and foundations.
Temptations solicted from staid traditions.
Beliefs...
And those who held them.
Sold for profit.
And nothing had stopped it!
Values and standards.
Smokescreening hoodwinkers...
And bribes from crooks,
Who stole like bandits.
Liars who used deceit to hide.
Sold...
Like pieces of meat!
Diced and spliced...
In divisions before eaten.
Beholding their boldness.
And unfolding a way of life cheapened.
But...
Never would they conceive,
All of their degradations...
And treasures,
Spoken and told...
Would be sold!
To the first who offered a bid!
For a desperate situation...
Seeking a quick way to sell a mess,
To rid!
